【摘要】：社會(huì)工作理論與實(shí)踐之間的關(guān)系是什么?如何構(gòu)建社會(huì)工作的“專(zhuān)業(yè)性”和“質(zhì)量”?社會(huì)工作者需要哪些核心職業(yè)能力?反思性社會(huì)工作理論認(rèn)為,社會(huì)工作既是一門(mén)職業(yè)化反思科學(xué),也是一種反思性職業(yè)�；谶@一科學(xué)理解,反思性社會(huì)工作認(rèn)為,處于社會(huì)工作職業(yè)核心地位的,不是科學(xué)知識(shí),而是專(zhuān)業(yè)行動(dòng)。社會(huì)工作的“專(zhuān)業(yè)性”和“質(zhì)量”只能通過(guò)“專(zhuān)業(yè)行動(dòng)”得以體現(xiàn)。而“專(zhuān)業(yè)行動(dòng)”受制于各種內(nèi)部和外部結(jié)構(gòu)條件,構(gòu)建專(zhuān)業(yè)行動(dòng)“質(zhì)量”的決定性核心要素是“反思性專(zhuān)業(yè)性”,它強(qiáng)調(diào)一種辯證性、結(jié)構(gòu)性、系統(tǒng)性、互動(dòng)性的“反思意識(shí)”和“反思能力”,比如“相對(duì)看待知識(shí)與能力”“關(guān)注社會(huì)工作者與案主互動(dòng)”“辯證理解理論與實(shí)踐關(guān)系”“在社會(huì)環(huán)境框架下理解案例工作”的反思視角。由此“反思性專(zhuān)業(yè)性”成為構(gòu)建“社會(huì)工作服務(wù)質(zhì)量”的核心要素!“反思能力”成為社會(huì)工作者的核心職業(yè)能力!反思性社會(huì)工作理論思想對(duì)推動(dòng)中國(guó)社會(huì)工作擴(kuò)展理論視角、提高實(shí)踐質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)職業(yè)發(fā)展具有決定性意義。
[Abstract]:What is the relationship between social work theory and practice? How to construct the "professionalism" and "quality" of social work? What core professional competencies do social workers need? The theory of reflective social work holds that social work is not only a professional reflective science, but also a reflective profession. Based on this scientific understanding, reflective social work believes that it is not scientific knowledge but professional action that is at the core of the social work profession. The professionalism and quality of social work can only be reflected by professional action. And "professional action" is subject to various internal and external structural conditions, and the decisive core element of constructing "quality" of professional action is "reflective professionalism", which emphasizes a dialectical, structural and systematic nature. Interactive "reflective consciousness" and "reflective ability", For example, "relative view of knowledge and ability", "paying close attention to the interaction between social worker and victim", "dialectical understanding theory and practice", "understanding case work under the framework of social environment". Therefore, "reflective professionalism" has become the core element of constructing "social work service quality"! "reflective ability" has become the core professional ability of social workers! The theory of reflective social work is of decisive significance in promoting the expansion of the theoretical perspective of social work in China, improving the quality of practice and promoting professional development.
