【摘要】：隨著全球化進(jìn)程加快,在當(dāng)今形勢(shì)下非傳統(tǒng)安全的地位與意義逐漸凸顯。國(guó)際非政府組織在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易、扶貧發(fā)展、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、環(huán)境保護(hù)、法律援助、教育培訓(xùn)等領(lǐng)域有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,成為對(duì)中國(guó)社會(huì)方方面面有重大影響力的社會(huì)組織。因此,國(guó)際非政府組織的蓬勃發(fā)展給中國(guó)帶來(lái)了非傳統(tǒng)意義的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)我國(guó)家安全、社會(huì)政治穩(wěn)定、民族團(tuán)結(jié)產(chǎn)生了巨大影響。我們?cè)趯?duì)國(guó)際非政府組織進(jìn)行研究的時(shí)候,一方面,應(yīng)了解其對(duì)我國(guó)非傳統(tǒng)安全的積極影響,支持和鼓勵(lì)國(guó)際非政府組織的發(fā)展,學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒他們先進(jìn)的理念和經(jīng)驗(yàn),利用他們處理和緩解我國(guó)所面臨的各種問(wèn)題；另一方面,應(yīng)重視國(guó)際非政府組織對(duì)我國(guó)非傳統(tǒng)安全帶來(lái)的消極影響,我們應(yīng)用前瞻性的眼光認(rèn)真細(xì)致地分析國(guó)際非政府組織的背景、性質(zhì)、特點(diǎn)和活動(dòng)；用積極開(kāi)放的心態(tài)與嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實(shí)的工作態(tài)度加強(qiáng)對(duì)其的監(jiān)督和管理,為我國(guó)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)發(fā)揮積極作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of globalization, the status and significance of non-traditional security are becoming more and more important. International NGOs have made great progress in the fields of China's economy and trade, poverty alleviation and development, medical and health care, environmental protection, legal aid, education and training, and have become social organizations with great influence on all aspects of Chinese society. Therefore, the vigorous development of international non-governmental organizations has brought unconventional challenges to China, and has had a great impact on China's national security, social and political stability and national unity. In our study of international non-governmental organizations, we should, on the one hand, understand their positive impact on our non-traditional security, support and encourage the development of international non-governmental organizations, and learn from and learn from their advanced ideas and experiences. Using them to deal with and alleviate the problems facing our country; on the other hand, to pay attention to the negative impact of international non-governmental organizations on our non-traditional security, We apply a forward-looking vision to analyse carefully the background, nature, characteristics and activities of international non-governmental organizations; to strengthen their supervision and management with an active and open mind and a rigorous and pragmatic working attitude, Play a positive role in building a harmonious socialist society in China.
