【摘要】：本文以探究城市新移民群體中兩性收入差距為研究目的,通過分析2012年上海大學(xué)上海社會科學(xué)調(diào)查中心在全國六省市實(shí)施的"社會發(fā)展與社會建設(shè)"大型調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)新本地人中女性比例更高,獲得當(dāng)?shù)貞艨诘男卤镜厝酥信缘谋壤?未獲得本地戶口的外地人中男性的比例略高;(2)新本地人的收入回報(bào)沒有明顯優(yōu)勢:外地人雖然沒有獲得當(dāng)?shù)貞艨?但是收入回報(bào)高于新本地人和本地人,新本地人與本地人之間的收入差異并不顯著;(3)外地人、新本地人和本地人中都存在收入性別不平等現(xiàn)象。研究指出成為新本地人的女性并沒有因?yàn)闆_破戶籍限制的樊籬而改變與男性收入不平等的現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the purpose of this study is to explore the gender income gap among the new urban migrants. Through the analysis of the large survey data of "social development and social construction" implemented by the Shanghai Social Science Survey Center of Shanghai Univer in 2012 in six provinces and cities throughout the country, it is found that: (1) women of new locals in the new locals are higher than those of the new locals. The proportion was higher, the proportion of the men who did not obtain the local residence was slightly higher; (2) the income return of the new locals had no obvious advantage: Although the outsider did not obtain the local residence, the income was higher than the new locals and locals, and the income difference between the new locals and the locals was not significant; (3) the outsider, new locals and Ben. There is a gender inequality among the people of the land. The study points out that women who become new locals have not changed the inequality of male income by breaking the barriers of household registration restrictions.
