【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,越來越多的人喜歡“宅”在家里。而在這些人群中,“80后”是一個(gè)引人注目的群體。他們足不出戶,拒絕與外界溝通,“宅”在家里的很大一部分時(shí)間都是專注于自己的喜好。如今,80后過度“宅家”的弊端已經(jīng)有所顯現(xiàn)。有的不知道如何與人交際,有的在婚戀道路上屢次受挫,有的因?yàn)椴恢廊绾伪磉_(dá),在事業(yè)上毫無建樹。如何有效的利用社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)方法去幫助那些對(duì)于融入現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)有難度的80后“宅人”,這個(gè)問題會(huì)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)日益發(fā)達(dá)的今天漸漸凸顯。因此,關(guān)于80后“宅人”群體的問題與社會(huì)工作介入研究問題具有十分重要的意義。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究和訪談研究兩種研究方法,在“宅”對(duì)80后這個(gè)群體的影響和應(yīng)對(duì)改善的方式上有以下這幾點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)和啟示。 第一,對(duì)80后“宅”形成的原因,本文從自身、環(huán)境和科技這三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了分析,得出了以下幾點(diǎn)影響因素：心理自閉、心理壓力、心理矛盾、家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展、通訊方式多樣化。 第二,在“宅”對(duì)80后的影響方面,從積極和消極兩面進(jìn)行了辯證的探討分析,著重強(qiáng)調(diào)消極影響,從知識(shí)獲取、社會(huì)化、心理、生理這四個(gè)方面來進(jìn)行陳述。 第三,提出應(yīng)對(duì)“宅”現(xiàn)象的一種思路：社會(huì)工作介入。用這種嘗試,來幫助80后“宅”群體出“宅”,以利其順利地融入外界社會(huì)。論文對(duì)社會(huì)工作介入宅現(xiàn)象的必要性和趨勢性進(jìn)行了分析,然后利用相關(guān)案例,對(duì)社會(huì)工作介入“宅”現(xiàn)象的可行性進(jìn)行論證。選擇的方法為個(gè)案工作和社區(qū)工作,在介入中也引入了社會(huì)工作的四種模式,分別為任務(wù)中心模式、敘事治療模式、地區(qū)發(fā)展模式和社會(huì)計(jì)劃模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern society and the progress of network technology, more and more people like to stay at home. In these groups, the post-80s is a striking group. They stay indoors, refuse to communicate with the outside world, and spend much of their time at home focusing on their preferences. Today, the 80 s after the excessive "home" abuse has been revealed. Some don't know how to communicate, some are frustrated in love and marriage, others don't know how to express themselves. How to effectively use the professional methods of social work to help those post-80s "curtilage" who are difficult to integrate into the real society, this problem will be gradually highlighted in the increasingly developed network today. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problem of the post-80s group and the involvement of social work. This paper mainly adopts two research methods, literature research and interview research, to discover and enlighten the influence of "house" on the post-80s group and the ways of coping improvement. First, the reasons for the formation of the "house" after the 1980s are analyzed from the three dimensions of self, environment and science and technology, and the following influencing factors are obtained: psychological autistic, psychological pressure, psychological contradiction, family environment, learning environment. The network develops, the communication way is diversified. Secondly, in terms of the influence of "house" on the post-80s generation, the author makes a dialectical discussion and analysis from the positive and negative aspects, emphasizing on the negative influence, and making statements from the four aspects of knowledge acquisition, socialization, psychology and physiology. Third, put forward to deal with the "house" phenomenon of a train of thought: social work involved. The purpose of this attempt is to help the post-80s "house" group out of the "house" so as to facilitate its smooth integration into the outside world. This paper analyzes the necessity and trend of social work intervention in housing, and then demonstrates the feasibility of social work intervention in house by using relevant cases. The selected methods are case work and community work, and four models of social work are introduced in the intervention, which are task-centered mode, narrative treatment model, regional development model and social planning model.
