【摘要】：霍耐特認(rèn)為社會(huì)哲學(xué)的首要任務(wù)是對(duì)社會(huì)病癥進(jìn)行診斷,并將社會(huì)病癥界定為嚴(yán)重?fù)p害社會(huì)成員參與各種交往形式的理性能力的那些社會(huì)發(fā)展。在《自由的權(quán)利》中,他詳細(xì)論證了現(xiàn)代社會(huì)個(gè)體自由(法律自由和道德自由)的倫理價(jià)值、內(nèi)在界限以及社會(huì)病癥�，F(xiàn)代法律和道德的制度領(lǐng)域?yàn)閭�(gè)體提供了從現(xiàn)存角色義務(wù)中暫時(shí)退卻出來(lái)的空間,但它們只是提供了自由的"可能性"而非"現(xiàn)實(shí)性",若把它們當(dāng)作自由的全部含義,則會(huì)造成各種社會(huì)病癥�；裟吞匕押虾趵硇缘纳鐣�(huì)進(jìn)步被資本主義社會(huì)關(guān)系所阻礙或中斷這一點(diǎn)視為法蘭克福學(xué)派批判理論留給當(dāng)代的理智遺產(chǎn)。他對(duì)個(gè)體自由的社會(huì)病癥的診斷,不僅是對(duì)黑格爾法哲學(xué)再現(xiàn)實(shí)化這一工作的深化,也是其社會(huì)批判理論的最新進(jìn)展,雖然如此,他的批判理論仍處于不斷完善和發(fā)展過(guò)程中。
[Abstract]:Honet believes that the primary task of social philosophy is to diagnose social disorders and define them as social development that seriously impairs the rational ability of social members to participate in various forms of communication. In the right to Freedom, he demonstrates in detail the ethical values, internal boundaries and social symptoms of individual freedom (freedom of law and moral freedom) in modern society. The institutional fields of modern law and morality provide space for individuals to retreat temporarily from existing role obligations, but they provide only the "possibility" of freedom, not the "reality", if they are regarded as the full meaning of freedom, Will cause various social disorders. Honett regarded rational social progress as the legacy of contemporary reason left by the Frankfurt school of critical theory, which was blocked or interrupted by capitalist social relations. His diagnosis of the social disease of individual freedom is not only the deepening of the work of reappearance and substantiation of Hegel's philosophy of law, but also the latest development of his theory of social criticism. Nevertheless, his critical theory is still in the process of continuous improvement and development.
