【摘要】：青年學(xué)自從20世紀(jì)80年代提出以來,曾經(jīng)作為各地青年工作院校的熱門必修課,但至今沒能成為高校學(xué)科。這不僅阻礙著青年研究理論水平的提升,也不利于青年工作的開展。研究青年學(xué)的學(xué)科設(shè)置,需要遵循高校設(shè)立新學(xué)科的一般規(guī)律,整體分析多方面的影響因素。制約青年學(xué)學(xué)科設(shè)置的宏觀因素是青年學(xué)服務(wù)青年和青年工作的功能發(fā)揮得很不充分,中觀因素是青年學(xué)的學(xué)科體系很不健全,微觀因素是青年學(xué)與其他學(xué)科的關(guān)系很不明晰。推進(jìn)青年學(xué)成為高校學(xué)科,就要把培養(yǎng)青年工作人才、服務(wù)青年發(fā)展作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),把提升學(xué)科知識(shí)水平、構(gòu)建學(xué)科體系作為著力點(diǎn),把厘清與鄰近學(xué)科的關(guān)系、爭取教育部門的支持作為突破口。
[Abstract]:Since its introduction in 1980's, youth studies have been a popular compulsory course in various colleges and universities of youth work, but it has not become a subject in colleges and universities. This not only hinders the improvement of the level of youth research theory, but also is not conducive to the development of youth work. To study the subject setup of youth studies, we should follow the general rules of setting up new subjects in colleges and universities, and analyze all kinds of influencing factors as a whole. The macroscopical factors that restrict the setting of the subject of youth science are that the function of youth study serving youth and youth work is not fully played, the middle factor is that the discipline system of youth study is not perfect, and the micro factor is that the relationship between youth study and other disciplines is not clear. In order to promote the development of youth learning into a discipline in colleges and universities, we should take the training of young people as the starting point, serve the development of young people as the starting point, promote the level of discipline knowledge, build a disciplinary system, and clarify the relationship between youth and neighboring disciplines. Get the support of the education department as a breakthrough.
