河南省中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮現(xiàn)況及其影響因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解河南省中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為的流行現(xiàn)況及其影響因素,為采取有效的預(yù)防和控制措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法統(tǒng)一使用中國疾病預(yù)防控制中心制定的《中國青少年健康相關(guān)行為調(diào)查問卷》,分初中版、高中版,采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,選取河南省初中和高中學(xué)生共30 260名進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果河南省中學(xué)生電子游戲成癮行為報告率為12.9%,且男生(16.8%)高于女生(8.9%)(χ~2=416.0,P0.05);每天上網(wǎng)時間≥4 h的學(xué)生有3 691名(占12.2%),且男生(15.1%)高于女生(9.3%)(χ~2=240.0,P0.05)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮率為7.6%,男生(10.7%)高于女生(4.6%)(χ~2=410.9,P0.05);娛樂性賭博行為報告率為14.6%,參與者(19.6%)高于未參與者(5.6%)(χ~2=1 048.9,P0.01)。Logistic回歸分析R2=0.085,預(yù)測百分比為92.2%,結(jié)果顯示,學(xué)習(xí)成績、孤獨(dú)、學(xué)習(xí)壓力感、焦慮和抑郁是網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為的主要影響因素。結(jié)論河南省中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為處于國內(nèi)平均水平,應(yīng)從緩解學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)壓力,關(guān)注學(xué)生心理狀況角度出發(fā),減少或避免網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of internet addiction among middle school students in Henan Province and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods the questionnaire of Chinese Adolescent Health related behaviors developed by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention was used in junior middle school and senior high school. Stratified random sampling was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 30 260 junior and senior middle school students in Henan Province. Results the reported rate of video game addiction behavior among middle school students in Henan Province was 12.9 and 16.8% respectively, which was higher than that of girls (蠂 2 + 416.0% P 0.05), and there were 3 691 students (12. 2%, 15. 1%) who spent more than 4 hours a day surfing the Internet, which were higher than 9. 3% (蠂 2 240. 0. 0. 0. 05%). The rate of internet addiction was 7.6, male 10.7) higher than that of female students (蠂 2 / 410.9 / P0.05; recreational gambling behavior reporting rate = 14.6B, participants = 19.6B), higher than that of non-participants (蠂 ~ 2 / 08.9 / P 0.01.Logistic regression analysis R20.085), the results showed that the scores of study, loneliness, and learning stress were higher than those of non-participants (P < 0.05), and the predicted percentage was 92.22.The results showed that the scores of learning, loneliness, and stress of study were higher than those of non-participants (蠂 2 08.9% P 0.01 .Logistic regression analysis R20.085). Anxiety and depression are the main influencing factors of internet addiction behavior. Conclusion the Internet addiction behavior of middle school students in Henan Province is at the average level in China. It is necessary to reduce or avoid the occurrence of internet addiction behavior from the angle of relieving the students' learning pressure and paying attention to the students' psychological condition.
