【摘要】：20世紀90年代中期以來,我國處在以計劃經(jīng)濟體制向市場經(jīng)濟體制轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹饕卣鞯纳鐣D(zhuǎn)型時期,家庭面臨的社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大變化。一方面,就業(yè)制度、工作方式和收入分配體制的轉(zhuǎn)軌,尤其是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,致使跳槽、下崗和失業(yè)現(xiàn)象遞增,家庭成員的就業(yè)和工作壓力普遍增大;另一方面,與經(jīng)濟體制改革相配套的社會事業(yè)體制改革,尤其是單位保障體制的變化引發(fā)的社會保障體制的巨大變化,使得個人和家庭在住房、醫(yī)療、教育、養(yǎng)老等方面承擔(dān)的保障壓力增大。這種體制上的轉(zhuǎn)變增大了個人對私人資源的依賴程度,家庭作為私人資源最集中的組織設(shè)置,對個體發(fā)展的影響也日趨明顯。 當(dāng)前我國正處于社會主義經(jīng)濟體制改革和社會轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期,中小城市經(jīng)歷了重大的經(jīng)濟,社會和文化變遷。家庭的外部環(huán)境及本身的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能都發(fā)生了重大的變化,這些改變給中小城市家庭帶來了前所未有的壓力,有鑒于此,本文以社會脈動理論為依據(jù),綜合運用統(tǒng)計調(diào)查、深入訪談等社會學(xué)的研究方法對銅川市城區(qū)居民的家庭壓力現(xiàn)狀,家庭壓力來源,以及對家庭壓力的認知和家庭壓力的后果等問題進行了研究,最終分析出影響家庭壓力認知的因素,并提出增強面對家庭壓力的因應(yīng)資源措施,這樣可以緩解當(dāng)前中小家庭壓力,避免家庭危機的爆發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of 1990s, China has been in a period of social transition characterized by the transition from planned economy system to market economy system, and the social and economic environment faced by families has undergone great changes. On the one hand, the transition of employment system, working mode and income distribution system, especially the adjustment of industrial structure and the change of economic structure, leads to the phenomenon of job-hopping, layoff and unemployment increasing, and the pressure of employment and work of family members increasing generally. On the other hand, the great changes in the social security system caused by the changes in the social security system associated with the reform of the economic system, in particular the changes in the unit security system, have made it possible for individuals and families to live in housing, medical care, and education. Pension and other aspects of the protection of the increased pressure. This kind of institutional change increases the degree of individual dependence on private resources, and the family, as the most concentrated organization of private resources, has a more and more obvious impact on individual development. At present, our country is in the key period of socialist economic system reform and social transformation. Small and medium-sized cities have experienced great economic, social and cultural changes. Great changes have taken place in the family's external environment and its own structure and function. These changes have brought unprecedented pressure to the families in small and medium-sized cities. In view of this, this paper, based on the theory of social pulsation, makes comprehensive use of statistical investigation. The sociological research methods, such as in-depth interviews, have studied the current situation of family stress, the source of family stress, the cognition of family stress and the consequences of family pressure among residents of Tongchuan City. Finally, it analyzes the factors that affect the cognition of family stress, and puts forward some measures to strengthen the coping resources in the face of family pressure, which can alleviate the current middle and small family pressure and avoid the outbreak of family crisis.
