【摘要】：在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,競爭日益激烈,創(chuàng)新力備受關(guān)注,如何提升創(chuàng)新力已納入世界各國發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。在科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,創(chuàng)新力更是至關(guān)重要,它是影響科研水平的核心要素。在科學(xué)發(fā)展中,學(xué)科起到重要的支撐作用,學(xué)科發(fā)展不僅能夠體現(xiàn)科技的進(jìn)步和科學(xué)體系的完善,而且更是科學(xué)知識體系成熟的象征。而學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力為學(xué)科發(fā)展提供不竭動力,因此學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力對促進(jìn)學(xué)科發(fā)展和提高科研水平具有舉足輕重的作用。 自然科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力和人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力共同構(gòu)成學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力體系。在科研領(lǐng)域,一直存在對人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力的意義重視不夠的現(xiàn)象。目前,該現(xiàn)象逐漸引起各國學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注,并紛紛致力于人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力的提升。但是,在我國,人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力的價值仍未受到充分重視,且相關(guān)研究較少,因此開展人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實價值。本文就圍繞“人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力影響因素的系統(tǒng)分析”的課題開展研究。 首先,在充分調(diào)研國內(nèi)外關(guān)于學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探索性地從創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā),按照創(chuàng)新過程、創(chuàng)新主體、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境等不同的維度,對人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)剖析,構(gòu)建人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。 其次,基于構(gòu)建的人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),分別從時間和空間維度,提煉人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力的影響因素,研究各影響因素的相互作用與聯(lián)系,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力影響因素網(wǎng)絡(luò)。 最后,結(jié)合本文提出的人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型與影響因素網(wǎng)絡(luò),分析我國人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力的現(xiàn)狀,指出存在的問題,并為提升我國人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新力提出改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, competition is becoming more and more fierce, and innovation has been paid more attention. How to improve innovation has been brought into the strategic planning of the development of countries all over the world. In the field of scientific research, innovation is even more important, it is the core factor that affects the level of scientific research. Discipline plays an important supporting role in the development of science and technology, which can not only reflect the progress of science and technology and the perfection of scientific system, but also symbolize the maturity of scientific knowledge system. Subject innovation provides inexhaustible power for discipline development, so discipline innovation plays an important role in promoting discipline development and improving scientific research level. The innovation ability of natural science and humanities and social sciences constitute the system of discipline innovation. In the field of scientific research, there has always been a phenomenon of insufficient attention to the significance of innovation in humanities and social sciences. At present, this phenomenon has gradually attracted the attention of academic circles in various countries, and has been devoted to the promotion of innovation in humanities and social sciences. However, in our country, the value of innovation in humanities and social sciences has not been paid enough attention to, and there are few related studies. Therefore, it is of great practical value to carry out the research on innovation ability of humanities and social sciences. This paper focuses on the systematic analysis of the factors influencing the innovation of humanities and social sciences. First of all, on the basis of the domestic and foreign research on innovation ability, this paper explores the different dimensions of innovation process, innovation subject, innovation environment and so on from the perspective of innovation system. The influence factors of humanities and social sciences innovation are analyzed systematically, and the structural model of humanities and social sciences discipline innovation system is constructed. Secondly, based on the innovation system of humanities and social sciences, this paper abstracts the influencing factors of the innovation ability of humanities and social sciences from the dimension of time and space, and studies the interaction and relation of the influencing factors. Construct the systematic network of factors influencing the innovation of humanities and social sciences. Finally, based on the structural model of innovation power system of humanities and social sciences proposed in this paper and the network of influencing factors, this paper analyzes the present situation of innovation ability of humanities and social sciences in China, and points out the existing problems. Suggestions are put forward to improve the innovation ability of humanities and social sciences in China.
