【摘要】：社會網(wǎng)研究過于強調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)維度，忽視了能動和權(quán)力關(guān)系。網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換論在解釋網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與權(quán)力分配之間的關(guān)系擁有獨到的見解，權(quán)力因“排除機制”而存在。不過，網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換論很少關(guān)注現(xiàn)實中的“等級關(guān)系和強度關(guān)系”。等級關(guān)系即上、下級科層關(guān)系；強度關(guān)系考慮關(guān)系的強弱，本文分為親屬、朋友和陌生人三類關(guān)系。本文將等級關(guān)系和強度關(guān)系納入分析模型，通過實地實驗探討“關(guān)系”對資源分配的影響。本文指出，，將“等級關(guān)系”加入不同類網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接結(jié)構(gòu)后，會加強資源分配的效果，使三種連接結(jié)構(gòu)均變?yōu)橐环N強權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。將“強度關(guān)系”引入三種網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接后發(fā)現(xiàn)，與中心者關(guān)系越緊密者，會獲得越多的資源。這兩個命題都得到了實驗結(jié)果的部分證實。不過有的連接結(jié)構(gòu)會消除關(guān)系因素的影響。由此不難解釋在中國的等級組織中廣泛存在的一些現(xiàn)象，如阿諛奉承，拉關(guān)系，找人請等。
[Abstract]:The study of social network emphasizes too much on the structural dimension and neglects the dynamic and power relationship.Network exchange theory has a unique view in explaining the relationship between network structure and power distribution, and power exists because of "exclusion mechanism".However, the theory of network exchange pays little attention to the "hierarchical and intensity relations" in reality.The hierarchical relation is the lower level relationship, the intensity relation considers the strength of the relationship, this article is divided into three kinds of relations: relatives, friends and strangers.In this paper, the relationship of grade and intensity is incorporated into the analysis model, and the influence of "relationship" on resource allocation is discussed through field experiments.In this paper, it is pointed out that the effect of resource allocation will be strengthened by adding "hierarchy" into different network connection structures, and all three kinds of connection structures will become a kind of power network.After introducing the "intensity relationship" into three kinds of network connections, it is found that the closer the relationship with the center, the more resources will be obtained.Both propositions are partially confirmed by the experimental results.However, some connections will eliminate the influence of relational factors.It is not difficult to explain some of the widespread phenomena in China's hierarchical organizations, such as flattery, relations, and so on.
