【摘要】：作為一種新興的網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索方式,“人肉搜索”一出現(xiàn)就受到了普遍的關(guān)注,并不斷吸引著越來越多網(wǎng)民的參與,“人肉搜索”已然成為當(dāng)今網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會互動中一種重要的表現(xiàn)形式�！叭巳馑阉鳌钡男纬捎衅渖羁痰纳鐣�,并在網(wǎng)民心理因素的作用下不斷的深化和發(fā)展。在“人肉搜索”的發(fā)展過程中,其社會功能得到了一定的體現(xiàn),它不僅是網(wǎng)民獲取信息、表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)的工具,更是網(wǎng)民進(jìn)行道德評價、輿論監(jiān)督和實(shí)現(xiàn)自力救濟(jì)的有效渠道,同時它還在一定程度上起到了我國轉(zhuǎn)型期社會“安全閥”的作用。然而,由于缺乏相應(yīng)的制度和法律規(guī)范,“人肉搜索”在發(fā)揮其社會正功能的同時也引發(fā)了一系列的社會問題,尤其是其造成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)侵權(quán)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力問題,引起了社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注和探討。“人肉搜索”目前處于一種兩難境地。面對這種困境,本文將從宏觀和微觀兩個角度對“人肉搜索”現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行社會學(xué)研究。 本文第一部分主要對“人肉搜索”的概念、本質(zhì)及特征進(jìn)行了描述,并對“人肉搜索”的實(shí)施條件和發(fā)展過程做出了概括和總結(jié)；第二部分主要是從宏觀和微觀角度,即社會和網(wǎng)民兩方面對“人肉搜索”的形成原因進(jìn)行了分析；第三部分主要概括了“人肉搜索”在我國的發(fā)展過程中存在的暴力、侵權(quán)及信息失真等問題,并從社會、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、網(wǎng)民三方面對其原因進(jìn)行了深入的分析；第四部分主要是在之前分析的基礎(chǔ)上從社會、政府、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)民等不同的對象入手,提出了規(guī)范“人肉搜索”的具體對策。通過本文對“人肉搜索”的研究,希望能夠幫助人們更加深刻的了解“人肉搜索”這個迅速“走紅”的網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)象,同時對“人肉搜索”的未來發(fā)展有一定的參考價值,從而有利于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的有序健康發(fā)展和我國和諧社會的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:As a new way of network search, "human flesh search" has received widespread attention as soon as it appeared, and has been attracting the participation of more and more Internet users.Human flesh search has become an important form of network social interaction.The formation of "human flesh search" has its profound social roots, and has been deepened and developed continuously under the action of netizens' psychological factors.In the course of the development of "human flesh search", its social function has been reflected to a certain extent. It is not only a tool for netizens to obtain information and express their views, but also an effective channel for netizens to carry out moral evaluation, supervision by public opinion and the realization of self-help.At the same time, it also played the role of "safety valve" in the transitional society of our country to some extent.However, due to the lack of corresponding system and legal norms, "Human flesh search" has brought about a series of social problems, especially the network infringement and network violence caused by the "human flesh search", while giving play to its social positive function.Has caused the social all walks of life widespread concern and the discussion.Human flesh search is now in a dilemma.In the face of this dilemma, this paper makes a sociological study on the phenomenon of "human flesh search" from macro and micro perspectives.The first part of this paper mainly describes the concept, essence and characteristics of "human flesh search", and summarizes the implementation conditions and development process of "human flesh search".That is, the society and Internet users analyze the reasons for the formation of "human flesh search". The third part mainly summarizes the problems of violence, infringement and information distortion in the development of "human flesh search" in our country, and from the society, network, etc.The fourth part is mainly based on the previous analysis, starting with different objects such as society, government, network and Internet users, and puts forward concrete countermeasures to standardize "human flesh search".Through the research of "human flesh search" in this paper, we hope to help people to understand the "human flesh search", a rapid "popular" network phenomenon, and at the same time, it has certain reference value for the future development of "human flesh search".This is conducive to the orderly and healthy development of the network society and the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
