【摘要】：雖然無論在哪個(gè)時(shí)代,精英在社會(huì)中所占的比重都非常小,但是由于其在社會(huì)變革和社會(huì)發(fā)展中所發(fā)揮的主導(dǎo)作用,使為數(shù)不多的精英群體一直成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。伴隨著中國農(nóng)村改革的逐步推進(jìn),大量的農(nóng)村精英尤其是經(jīng)濟(jì)精英異軍突起,成為農(nóng)村建設(shè)和發(fā)展中一支舉足輕重的力量,主導(dǎo)著農(nóng)村的發(fā)展方向。受城市化和現(xiàn)代化步伐的影響,更是有一批有著遠(yuǎn)大抱負(fù)的鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)精英,在資本積累到一定階段后遷居到城市中,成功地實(shí)現(xiàn)了身份的轉(zhuǎn)換,成為城市公民。在這一過程中,鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)精英的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)揮了重要的作用。 任何人建立和維持社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)都受到特定的宏觀社會(huì)條件的制約,但個(gè)人在社會(huì)關(guān)系中并不是被社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)機(jī)械地制約,而是具有相當(dāng)大的自由與自主性。鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)精英在創(chuàng)業(yè)、發(fā)家、遷居城市及適應(yīng)和融入城市的過程中,努力沖破結(jié)構(gòu)的限制,通過各種策略擴(kuò)張和重構(gòu)自身的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了事業(yè)的發(fā)展和資本的增值。 本文以社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)為主要解釋框架,通過對鄉(xiāng)村精英從農(nóng)村起家、積累資本到進(jìn)而遷居城市、適應(yīng)城市直到融入城市的動(dòng)態(tài)過程的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)他們在融入城市,從鄉(xiāng)村精英變?yōu)槌鞘泄竦倪^程中各個(gè)階段所運(yùn)用的策略,尤其是在重要轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)和重大事件中對社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一重要資源的構(gòu)建及運(yùn)用情況,以期能夠探尋出鄉(xiāng)村精英流動(dòng)的一般機(jī)制,及其對農(nóng)村城市化的影響,以為中國廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)的城市化和現(xiàn)代化之路提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:Although the proportion of elite in society is very small in any time, but because of its leading role in social change and social development, a small number of elite groups have been the focus of social attention.With the gradual advancement of rural reform in China, a large number of rural elites, especially the economic elite, have emerged as a decisive force in rural construction and development, leading the direction of rural development.Influenced by the pace of urbanization and modernization, there are a group of rural economic elites with lofty aspirations, who, after the capital accumulation to a certain stage, move to the city, successfully realize the transformation of identity and become urban citizens.In this process, the relationship network of rural economic elite has played an important role.Anyone who establishes and maintains a social network is restricted by specific macro social conditions, but the individual is not mechanically restricted by the social structure in social relations, but has considerable freedom and autonomy.In the process of starting a business, getting rich in the family, moving to the city and adapting to and integrating into the city, the rural economic elites strive to break through the restrictions of the structure and to expand and reconstruct their own social network through various strategies.Thus realized the enterprise development and the capital appreciation.This paper takes the social network as the main explanation frame, through the research of the rural elite starting from the countryside, accumulating the capital and then moving to the city, adapting to the dynamic process of the city to being integrated into the city, and finding that they are integrating into the city.The strategies used in every stage of the process from rural elite to urban citizens, especially the construction and application of social network as an important resource in important turning points and major events.In order to explore the general mechanism of rural elite mobility, and its impact on rural urbanization, for China's vast rural areas of urbanization and modernization of the road to provide some reference.
