【摘要】：從2006年中央提出“建設(shè)宏大的社會工作人才隊伍”以來,有關(guān)部委和多個地方政府制定了社會工作人才總量的發(fā)展目標。然而,社會工作畢業(yè)生在面臨“畢業(yè)即轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)”問題的同時,已進入實務(wù)領(lǐng)域的社會工作者流失率也一直偏高。社會工作者作為“助人自助”的主體,在社會服務(wù)過程中,社會對他們有認同、有誤解,也有思考。關(guān)注社會工作者的主觀幸福感不僅有利于建設(shè)社會工作者的人才隊伍,更從微觀層面促進社會工作者人力資源開發(fā)與管理及本行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。故通過兩個研究探索了社會工作者主觀幸福感的影響因素以及積極心理干預(yù)成效。研究一,通過問卷調(diào)查,了解社會工作者主觀幸福感、職業(yè)認同和社會支持的現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)果表明:(1)社會工作者主觀幸福感處于中等水平;(2)社會工作者的年齡、工作年限、職位、職業(yè)資格、職業(yè)認同和社會支持對其主觀幸福感有顯著影響作用;(4)通過回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)社會工作者的職業(yè)認同中,連續(xù)性職業(yè)認同和統(tǒng)一性職業(yè)認同能夠有效正向預(yù)測社會工作者的主觀幸福感;社會工作者獲取的社會支持中,主觀支持和支持利用度能有效正向預(yù)測社會工作者的主觀幸福感。研究二,采用單因素兩水平組間設(shè)計,以正念訓(xùn)練作為積極心理干預(yù)技術(shù),對實驗組被試進行干預(yù),對照組則不作任何處理。通過一個月四次的干預(yù),結(jié)果顯示,實驗組主觀幸福感得到顯著提高,對照組則不存在顯著差異。說明積極心理干預(yù)能有效提高社會工作者的主觀幸福感。
[Abstract]:Since the central government put forward the idea of "building a large contingent of social workers" in 2006, relevant ministries and local governments have formulated the development goals of the total number of social work talents.However, the social work graduates are faced with the problem of "graduating and changing jobs", but the rate of social workers who have entered the field of practice has also been high.Social workers as the main body of helping others to help themselves, in the process of social service, they are recognized, misunderstood and pondered by the society.Paying attention to the subjective well-being of social workers is not only conducive to the construction of social workers, but also to the micro level to promote the development and management of human resources of social workers and the healthy development of the industry.Therefore, the influence factors of social workers' subjective well-being and the effect of positive psychological intervention were explored through two studies.In the first study, we investigated the social workers' subjective well-being, professional identity and social support.The results showed that: (1) the subjective well-being of social workers was at an intermediate level. (2) Social workers' age, working years, positions, professional qualifications, professional identity and social support had significant effects on their subjective well-being.It is found that continuous professional identity and unity professional identity can effectively positively predict the subjective well-being of social workers, and social support obtained by social workers can effectively predict the subjective well-being of social workers.Subjective support and support utilization can effectively predict the subjective well-being of social workers.In the second study, single-factor and two-level design was adopted, and mindfulness training was used as the positive psychological intervention technique. The subjects in the experimental group were interfered, while the control group was not treated at all.Four times a month, the results showed that the subjective well-being of the experimental group was significantly improved, but there was no significant difference in the control group.Positive psychological intervention can effectively improve the subjective well-being of social workers.
