【摘要】：家庭是公共生活空間的歷史起點,家規(guī)則是保證家庭功能實現(xiàn)的制度條件,只有這一系列規(guī)范具有客觀性、正當(dāng)性、有效性和普遍性的特點,才能內(nèi)化為家庭成員的自覺行為。良好的家法族規(guī)能夠生成一套約束和保護(hù)機(jī)制,培養(yǎng)家族成員的認(rèn)同感和凝聚力,形成一個守望相助、和諧有序的公共生活空間,實現(xiàn)社會教化的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The family is the historical starting point of the public life space, the family rule is the system condition which guarantees the family function realization, only this series of norms has the objectivity, the legitimacy, the validity and the universality characteristic, can internalize into the family member's conscious behavior.Good family rules can produce a set of restraint and protection mechanism, cultivate the identity and cohesion of family members, form a harmonious and orderly public life space, and realize the goal of social education.
