【摘要】：“以人為本”的發(fā)展觀要求把社會(huì)的全面進(jìn)步和人的全面發(fā)展作為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的終極目標(biāo)。但人的全面發(fā)展離不開(kāi)生活質(zhì)量的提高，因此提高人民生活質(zhì)量是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要組成部分和現(xiàn)實(shí)著眼點(diǎn)。論文選取物質(zhì)生活、人口素質(zhì)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、社會(huì)醫(yī)療保障、文娛活動(dòng)五大指標(biāo)作為客觀反映城鎮(zhèn)居民生活質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)對(duì)這些指標(biāo)進(jìn)行因子分析評(píng)價(jià)重慶市城鎮(zhèn)居民生活質(zhì)量，并預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)兩年重慶市城鎮(zhèn)居民生活質(zhì)量的狀況。采集全國(guó)31個(gè)�。ㄖ陛犑校┑臄�(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行因子評(píng)分來(lái)判斷重慶市城鎮(zhèn)居民生活水平在全國(guó)所處的位置。最后提出進(jìn)一步提高重慶市城鎮(zhèn)居民生活質(zhì)量的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The "people-oriented" concept of development requires the overall progress of society and the all-round development of human beings as the ultimate goal of China's modernization construction.However, the overall development of human beings is inseparable from the improvement of the quality of life, so improving the quality of life of the people is an important part and realistic focus of the modernization construction of our country.The paper selects five indexes of material life, population quality, infrastructure construction, social medical security and cultural and recreational activities as the evaluation index system, which objectively reflects the quality of life of urban residents.The quality of life of urban residents in Chongqing is evaluated by factor analysis, and the quality of life of urban residents in Chongqing in the next two years is predicted.The data of 31 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) were collected to evaluate the position of the living standard of the urban residents in Chongqing.Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of life of urban residents in Chongqing.
