【摘要】:知識(shí)作為企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要資源之一,正逐步受到人們的關(guān)注。在當(dāng)前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的社會(huì)中,任何一個(gè)企業(yè)都需要同其他企業(yè)合作以實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏,而借助合作平臺(tái)學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)企業(yè)的知識(shí)就成為了企業(yè)獲取外部知識(shí)資源的重要渠道。隨著建筑業(yè)由粗放型、勞動(dòng)密集型向集約型、知識(shí)密集型轉(zhuǎn)變的需求,知識(shí)管理在建筑業(yè)中發(fā)揮的作用也越來越大。在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中,參與項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的所有企業(yè)以工程建設(shè)合同及監(jiān)督管理關(guān)系為聯(lián)結(jié)的紐帶,以完成共同的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目為最終目標(biāo),在項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)過程中交流、溝通、協(xié)調(diào),從而形成了建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)。本研究選取建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為主要研究對(duì)象,分析合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)各個(gè)參建單位之間的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)。在對(duì)已有的關(guān)于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移以及項(xiàng)目情境下的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了當(dāng)前關(guān)于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移在建筑工程領(lǐng)域研究存在的不足;根據(jù)工程項(xiàng)目各階段參與單位的不同,分別構(gòu)建了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)每一階段的合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型;應(yīng)用演化博弈理論分析了工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)企業(yè)開展知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的前提條件,并進(jìn)一步采用理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方式分析了當(dāng)前工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)企業(yè)之間知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀;在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別從項(xiàng)目特性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移主體特性的視角提出了工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素,并構(gòu)建了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移影響因素作用模型;參考了學(xué)者們的研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)了 30個(gè)測(cè)量題項(xiàng)對(duì)各個(gè)影響因素進(jìn)行測(cè)量,通過多種渠道向建筑行業(yè)內(nèi)的參建單位進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,選取結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析方法,利用SPSS19.0和Amos21.0對(duì)210份有效問卷的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)展開分析,并討論了實(shí)證研究的假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果及原因;綜合上述研究成果,分別從項(xiàng)目視角、網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移主體視角提出了提升工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果的相關(guān)建議。在上述調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文得出下述研究結(jié)論:(1)在工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi),企業(yè)之間以轉(zhuǎn)移施工技術(shù)、質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)以及安全與環(huán)境管理知識(shí)為主;(2)在工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi),企業(yè)之間主要通過技術(shù)交底、項(xiàng)目例會(huì)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)等正式的面對(duì)面交流方式傳遞知識(shí);(3)項(xiàng)目的施工階段是被調(diào)研者認(rèn)為項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移最頻繁的階段;(4)施工總承包單位作為項(xiàng)目建設(shè)任務(wù)的主要承擔(dān)者,是各個(gè)單位知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的首要對(duì)象;(5)在中國(guó)式"關(guān)系"的大背景下,項(xiàng)目組織的臨時(shí)性不會(huì)影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度和知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移雙方的信任關(guān)系;項(xiàng)目的緊迫性會(huì)正向影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)的聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度和知識(shí)接受方的接收意愿,但對(duì)知識(shí)發(fā)送方的發(fā)送意愿不會(huì)起到正向的影響作用;網(wǎng)絡(luò)的聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度會(huì)正向影響知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移雙方的意愿和彼此之間的信任關(guān)系;網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)模對(duì)知識(shí)接受方的接收意愿會(huì)有積極的影響作用,但對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移雙方的信任關(guān)系會(huì)產(chǎn)生消極的影響作用,同時(shí),其對(duì)知識(shí)發(fā)送方的發(fā)送意愿的正向影響作用也未得到驗(yàn)證;知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移雙方的信任關(guān)系越強(qiáng),知識(shí)發(fā)送方和知識(shí)接受方分享和學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)的意愿越高;知識(shí)接受方的接收意愿會(huì)正向影響知識(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)移效果,而由于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特殊性,知識(shí)發(fā)送方的發(fā)送意愿對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果的正向影響作用并未得到驗(yàn)證。本文基于建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),從知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移情境視角出發(fā),探索了影響工程項(xiàng)目合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的各類因素,深入分析了各影響因素之間的作用關(guān)系,不僅是對(duì)當(dāng)前知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移研究成果的豐富,而且彌補(bǔ)了建筑工程領(lǐng)域知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)證研究成果的不足,有助于處在合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的企業(yè)剖析自身在知識(shí)管理方面存在的短板,并采取有針對(duì)性的措施提升未來知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的效果。
[Abstract]:Knowledge is one of the most important resources for sustainable development of enterprises, has gradually attracted people's attention. In the current society of fierce competition, all enterprises need to cooperate with other enterprises to achieve win-win situation, and with the cooperation platform for learning advanced enterprise knowledge will become an important channel for enterprises to acquire external knowledge resources with the construction industry. From extensive to intensive, labor intensive, knowledge intensive demand, knowledge management play a role in building industry is also growing. In the process of project construction, all enterprises involved in the project construction in the engineering construction contract management and supervision for the connection of the link, in order to complete the construction project of the common as the ultimate goal, communication, communication, in the process of the project construction coordination, thus forming a construction project cooperation network. This research selects the construction project cooperation network As the main research object, analysis of transfer between the various units involved in the cooperation network knowledge. On the basis of social network, knowledge transfer and transfer of relevant literature in the context of project knowledge systematically on the current transfer of social network and knowledge deficiency in research in the field of construction project; according to the in different stages of project units, the cooperative network model of construction project in each stage were constructed; game theory analysis of the premise of enterprise project cooperation within the network to carry out knowledge transfer activities and further application of evolution, using the combination of theoretical research and empirical research methods to analyze the status quo of the project cooperation between enterprise network in the knowledge transfer activities; on this basis, respectively, from the project characteristics, network characteristics, knowledge transfer characteristics as the subject Angle proposed the influence factors of knowledge transfer of network cooperation projects, and construct the influencing factors model of knowledge transfer; reference to the research results of scholars, designed 30 measurement items of various factors were measured, conducted a questionnaire survey to the construction industry in the construction units through a variety of channels, selection of structural equation analysis the model, using SPSS19.0 and Amos21.0 to 210 related data were analyzed, and discussed the test results of empirical research and reason; based on the above results, respectively, from the project perspective, network perspective, knowledge transfer from the subject puts forward to promote the related project proposals effect of transfer network knowledge. Based on the above Research on the analysis, it draws the following conclusions: (1) in the project of cooperation between enterprises within the network, in order to transfer the construction technology and quality management. Operation and safety and environmental management knowledge; (2) in the project of cooperation between enterprises within the network, mainly through technical disclosure, project meeting, on-site coordination meeting face-to-face communication formal transfer of knowledge; (3) the construction phase of the project is to be considered most frequently in the research of knowledge transfer project construction process; (4) the general construction contractor as a main part of the project construction tasks, is the primary object of each unit of the knowledge transfer activities; (5) in the background of Chinese type "relationship", project organization temporary will not affect the strength of network ties and knowledge transfer trust between the two sides; the urgency of the project will positively affect the network connection strength and willingness to accept the knowledge receiving party, but does not send the sender on the willingness of knowledge play a role in the positive effect; network connection strength of both sides will positively affect knowledge transfer. Hope and trust relationship between each other; the size of the network to receive the knowledge will have a positive effect, but the effect of knowledge transfer, the negative relationship of trust between the two sides will at the same time, the positive effect on the willingness of the knowledge of the sender has not been verified; knowledge transfer of trust between the two sides the sender and recipient, knowledge knowledge sharing and learning knowledge will be higher; knowledge will receive the positive effect on knowledge transfer effect, but because of the particularity of the construction project, will send the sender knowledge has not been verified on the positive effect of knowledge transfer. This paper based on the characteristics of construction project starting from the perspective of knowledge transfer situation, and explore the influence of various factors of project cooperation within the network of knowledge transfer, in-depth analysis of the impact of the factors Relationship is not only on the current knowledge transfer research is rich, but also make up for the lack of knowledge of architectural engineering field transfer of empirical research results, helps in cooperation in the network analysis of the enterprise of their own shortcomings exist in the knowledge management, and to take targeted measures to enhance future knowledge transfer effect.
