【摘要】：社區(qū)文化是城市文化的基礎,也社區(qū)建設的更高一個層次上的目標。目前,我國不同社區(qū)間文化建設的規(guī)模、水平各有差異,社區(qū)文化建設與社區(qū)居民不斷增長的文化需求相比仍存在許多問題。社區(qū)文化是社區(qū)和諧的關鍵因素,社區(qū)文化建設只有滿足了居民和社會的要求,才能健康穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。本文研究社會資本在社區(qū)文化建設過程中的變化趨勢,參照普特南的社會資本理論將社會資本劃分為三種形式——信任、規(guī)范和網(wǎng)絡,又將每種形式的社會資本分為不同的類型：信任分為融合信任、合作信任和契約信任；規(guī)范分為認同規(guī)范和依從規(guī)范；網(wǎng)絡分為正式網(wǎng)絡與非正式網(wǎng)絡。運用個案分析、半結構性訪談、觀察法的研究方法,在社區(qū)文化建設的不同階段和背景下對幾種不同類型的社會資本做了比較分析和變化趨勢的分析,得出主要結論：社區(qū)文化建設的初期,是以融合信任和合作信任為主導關系,并產生認同規(guī)范,從而形成非正式網(wǎng)絡；在社區(qū)文化建設的成熟階段,由于社區(qū)管理組織介入較多,會從非正式團體轉向以契約信任、合作信任為主導關系,利用依從規(guī)范穩(wěn)定內部結構的正式團體。最后,本文為形成居民、社區(qū)文化與社區(qū)管理組織之間良性合作關系提供了對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Community culture is the foundation of urban culture, and also the goal of higher level of community construction.At present, the scale and level of cultural construction among different communities in China are different. Compared with the increasing cultural needs of community residents, there are still many problems in the construction of community culture.Community culture is the key factor of community harmony. Only when the construction of community culture meets the requirements of residents and society can it develop healthily and steadily.This paper studies the changing trend of social capital in the process of community cultural construction. According to Putnam's theory of social capital, social capital is divided into three forms-trust, norm and network.Each form of social capital is divided into different types: trust is divided into fusion trust, cooperative trust and contract trust; norms are divided into identity norms and compliance norms; networks are divided into formal and informal networks.Using the methods of case analysis, semi-structured interview and observation, this paper makes a comparative analysis of several different types of social capital in different stages and backgrounds of community culture construction and analyses the changing trend of social capital.The main conclusions are as follows: in the initial stage of community culture construction, it is the integration of trust and cooperation trust as the leading relationship, and the emergence of identity norms, thus forming an informal network; in the mature stage of community culture construction,Because of the involvement of community management organizations, they will change from informal group to formal group with contractual trust and cooperative trust as the leading relationship, and make use of compliance norms to stabilize the internal structure of the formal group.Finally, this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for the formation of benign cooperative relationship among residents, community culture and community management organizations.
