新員工心理失衡的特異性及疏解之方

【摘要】:正新員工是單位的新生力量,剛剛走上工作崗位的新員工大部分是充滿朝氣、意氣風(fēng)發(fā)的,但也有一些心理比較脆弱、社會適應(yīng)能力較低的新員工,由于所處的社會生活環(huán)境的變化和自身心理特點,當(dāng)原有內(nèi)心平衡被打破時,就會產(chǎn)生心理失衡的現(xiàn)象。這是一種心理不健康的征兆。這種狀況會導(dǎo)致新員工不能以一種和諧的心理狀態(tài)投入工作之中,無論對于單位發(fā)展還是新員工個人發(fā)展來說,都是不利的。因此,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)關(guān)注新員工的心理狀態(tài),掌握其特異性,給予及時的心理干預(yù)和疏解,使之盡快走出心理失衡的誤區(qū),以一種平和、積極向上的陽光心態(tài)投入工作。
[Abstract]:The new employees are the new forces of the unit. Most of the new employees who have just taken up their jobs are full of vigor and spirit, but there are also some new employees who are relatively weak psychologically and have lower social adaptability.Because of the change of the social living environment and the psychological characteristics, when the original inner balance is broken, the phenomenon of psychological imbalance will occur.This is a sign of mental ill health.This situation will lead to the new employees can not work with a harmonious psychological state, whether for the development of the unit or the personal development of new employees, are unfavorable.Therefore, leaders should pay attention to the psychological state of new employees, grasp its specificity, give timely psychological intervention and ease up, so that they can get out of the misconception of psychological imbalance as soon as possible, and put into work with a kind of calm and positive sunshine mentality.
