【摘要】：針對(duì)突發(fā)事件社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情擴(kuò)散特征,考慮政府及公眾媒體對(duì)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情參與者產(chǎn)生的影響,建立一種突發(fā)事件社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情擴(kuò)散模型。定義并分析突發(fā)事件社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情擴(kuò)散趨勢(shì)的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),由輿情擴(kuò)散模型推導(dǎo)出度量突發(fā)事件社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情擴(kuò)散趨勢(shì)的測(cè)度,同時(shí)給出并證明在不同輿情擴(kuò)散測(cè)度下轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)的存在性及輿情擴(kuò)散趨勢(shì)。根據(jù)輿情擴(kuò)散測(cè)度給出一種最優(yōu)控制的目標(biāo)函數(shù),利用輿情擴(kuò)散測(cè)度的關(guān)鍵因素,推導(dǎo)出使目標(biāo)函數(shù)值最小的輿情擴(kuò)散控制方法。通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,說(shuō)明模型及控制方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Considering the influence of government and public media on the participants of social network public opinion, a public opinion diffusion model of emergency social network is established.This paper defines and analyzes the turning point of the trend of public opinion diffusion in emergency social network, and deduces the measure of the trend of public opinion diffusion in unexpected social network from the model of public opinion diffusion.At the same time, the existence of turning point and the tendency of public opinion diffusion under different measure of public opinion diffusion are given and proved.According to the public opinion diffusion measure, an objective function of optimal control is given. Using the key factors of the public opinion diffusion measure, a method of public opinion diffusion control is derived, which minimizes the value of the objective function.The effectiveness and practicability of the model and control method are illustrated by numerical simulation.
