【摘要】：“社會資本”作為社會學的核心概念，在現(xiàn)代社會被人們越來越多地提及。在過往諸多的研究中，大多是運用“人力資本”等理論對就業(yè)問題進行討論，本研究在汲取國內(nèi)外先進的相關(guān)理論和研究方法的基礎(chǔ)上，通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷，采用文獻研究法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析法和推理演繹法，對大學生的就業(yè)問題進行系統(tǒng)分析。文獻研究包括國內(nèi)外研究綜述、理論基礎(chǔ)，數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析包括樣本統(tǒng)計、樣本分析，推理演繹包括影響分析和對策分析等。 本研究共四部分，第一部分提出了本研究所關(guān)注的問題，闡述了研究的背景、研究的目的與意義及本文的研究方法；第二部分梳理了相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)取得的理論和實證成果，并分析了已有研究存在的不足，為本研究提供了突破方向；第三部分是本研究的重點，運用問卷調(diào)查法和實地訪談法，分析社會資本對高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的影響；第四部分是研究結(jié)論與展望，總結(jié)了本項研究的基本結(jié)論，概括了本論文的創(chuàng)新點及局限性，并對后續(xù)研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:As the core concept of sociology, social capital is more and more mentioned in modern society.In the past, most of the studies have used the theory of "human capital" to discuss the employment problem. On the basis of drawing on the advanced theories and research methods at home and abroad, this study has adopted the method of literature research by issuing questionnaires.This paper systematically analyzes the employment problems of college students by mathematical statistical analysis and deductive reasoning.Literature research includes domestic and foreign research review, theoretical basis, mathematical statistical analysis including sample statistics, sample analysis, inference deduction including impact analysis and countermeasure analysis.There are four parts of this research. The first part puts forward the problems concerned in this study, expounds the background, the purpose and significance of the research and the research methods of this paper. The second part combs the theoretical and empirical results of the relevant research.The third part is the focus of this study, using questionnaire and field interviews to analyze the impact of social capital on the employment of college graduates;The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research, summarizes the basic conclusions of this study, summarizes the innovation and limitations of this paper, and prospects the follow-up research.
