【摘要】：農(nóng)村留守老人已經(jīng)成為了一個龐大的弱勢群體,越來越引起國家的重視,十八屆三中全會明確提出要健全農(nóng)村留守老人關(guān)愛服務(wù)體系,隨后民政部發(fā)布《老年社會工作服務(wù)指南》,著重提出留守老人的服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括精神慰藉。通過查找文獻,心理學和護理學運用緬懷療法介入治療老年人抑郁癥,孤獨癥等精神障礙方面取得了很好的效果,社會工作運用緬懷療法,尤其是將緬懷療法應(yīng)用于農(nóng)村留守老人的研究極少,因此,本文從新的角度,將緬懷療法運用于農(nóng)村留守老人,并結(jié)合社會工作的小組工作方法和個案工作方法,為農(nóng)村留守老人提供精神慰藉方面的服務(wù)。針對老人精神慰藉方面的需求,將8-10名農(nóng)村留守老人組成一個緬懷小組,共開展6次小組活動,主要圍繞精神慰藉的三個維度設(shè)計活動,即社會尊重、成就期待和情感慰藉,在小組中主要使用緬懷療法,通過老人回憶往事,回憶過去的正性的事件,獲得人生成長的價值體驗,緩解農(nóng)村老人因留守帶來的孤獨寂寞等負性情緒;社會工作者與老人一起找回人生價值,豐富老人的精神世界,從而豐富老年生活,提升農(nóng)村留守老人的生活質(zhì)量。對于人生經(jīng)歷較為豐富的老年人,則進行深度訪談,以個案的形式對老人開展社會工作服務(wù),與老人一起緬懷過去,重拾人生成就感。運用緬懷療法對農(nóng)村留守老人的精神慰藉方面進行服務(wù),在評估效果方面使用的主要是滿意度問卷調(diào)查法,結(jié)合觀察法和訪談法對老人的改變進行評估。通過緬懷療法的使用,一方面是為了豐富農(nóng)村留守老人的精神生活,幫助老人重新找回自我價值,另一方面也能進一步驗證緬懷療法的效果研究,并為社會工作的發(fā)展提供一些理論和實踐的借鑒。緬懷療法的使用意義就是讓老人自身強化認識到子女的成就價值,自我成就價值,社會尊重在精神慰藉方面的價值所在,然后通過這個新的認識去找回生活的自信,從而將老年生活過得幸福美滿。
[Abstract]:The elderly left behind in rural areas have become a huge vulnerable group and have attracted more and more attention from the state. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee explicitly proposed to improve the care and service system for the elderly left behind in rural areas.Subsequently, the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the Social work Service Guide for the elderly, which emphasized that the service content of the elderly left behind included spiritual comfort.Especially, the research on the application of nostalgia therapy to the elderly left behind in rural areas is rare. Therefore, from a new perspective, this paper applies the nostalgia therapy to the rural left-behind elderly, and combines the group work method and the case work method of social work.To provide spiritual comfort services for the elderly left behind in rural areas.In order to meet the needs of spiritual comfort for the elderly, a group of 8-10 rural left-behind elderly people was formed into a group of 6 group activities designed around the three dimensions of spiritual comfort, namely, social respect, achievement expectation and emotional consolation.In the group, the main use of nostalgia therapy, through the elderly memories of the past, recall the past positive events, to obtain the value of life growth experience, to alleviate the rural elderly because of the loneliness brought by left behind and other negative emotions;Social workers and the elderly find the value of life together, enrich the spiritual world of the elderly, thereby enrich the life of the elderly, and improve the quality of life of the elderly left behind in rural areas.For the elderly who have rich life experiences, in-depth interviews are conducted to provide social work services to the elderly in the form of individual cases, to remember the past together with the elderly and to regain their sense of achievement in life.Using nostalgia therapy to provide psychological comfort for the elderly left behind in rural areas, the main methods used in the evaluation of the effect are satisfaction questionnaire, combined with observation and interviews to assess the changes of the elderly.And for the development of social work to provide some theoretical and practical reference.The use of memory therapy is to strengthen the elderly to recognize the value of their children's achievement, self-achievement value, social respect in the value of spiritual comfort, and then through this new understanding to find the self-confidence of life.In order to live a happy life in old age.
