【摘要】：在建立和完善社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制過程中，，統(tǒng)計(jì)工作正面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)，面對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)利益主體多元化，經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式日趨多樣化，如何在錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的統(tǒng)計(jì)社會(huì)關(guān)系中，保障統(tǒng)計(jì)資料準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)難度是越來越大，因此，統(tǒng)計(jì)部門應(yīng)切實(shí)加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)計(jì)的依法行政，實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)法治化。本文通過對(duì)我國目前統(tǒng)計(jì)法治化現(xiàn)狀的分析，剖析了統(tǒng)計(jì)法治化過程中存在的問題并探究其原因，從理念、體制、方法等方面提出解決問題的途徑，以期充分行使統(tǒng)計(jì)法賦予統(tǒng)計(jì)工作的各項(xiàng)職權(quán)，解決統(tǒng)計(jì)部門和統(tǒng)計(jì)工作面臨的新矛盾、新問題，更好地分析和監(jiān)督經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)運(yùn)行情況，客觀公正地評(píng)估經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)，充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計(jì)信息咨詢監(jiān)督的整體功能。
[Abstract]:In the process of establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system, the statistical work is facing new challenges. In the face of the diversification of the main body of interest in urban and rural areas, the increasingly diversified operation of economy and society, how to in the intricate statistical social relations,It is more and more difficult to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of statistical data. Therefore, the statistical department should strengthen the administration of statistics according to law and realize the rule of law by statistics.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the rule of law in statistics in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of the rule of law by statistics, and probes into the reasons, and puts forward the ways to solve the problems from the aspects of idea, system, method, etc.With a view to fully exercising the functions and powers entrusted to the statistical work by the Statistical Law, resolving the new contradictions and problems faced by the statistical departments and the statistical work, better analysing and supervising the economic and social operation, and objectively and fairly evaluating the economic and social development situation,Give full play to the overall function of statistical information consultation and supervision.
