獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生團(tuán)體意識(shí)缺乏的小組工作介入研究

【摘要】:目前高校大學(xué)生多為獨(dú)生子女,自我中心意識(shí)突出,團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)淡薄,這不僅制約其人格的成長(zhǎng)與完善,而且影響其就業(yè)與發(fā)展。 本文重點(diǎn)研究獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生團(tuán)體意識(shí)缺乏問(wèn)題。在調(diào)查研究獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生群體特征的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者依據(jù)社會(huì)工作專業(yè)理念,參考舒茨的“人際需要理論”、庫(kù)利的“鏡中我”等理論,運(yùn)用小組工作方法,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施了“獨(dú)生子女團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通與合作小組”,圍繞“模擬情景與換位思考”、“雙向溝通,拉近你我”、“清理舍務(wù),不留死角”三個(gè)主題,對(duì)小組成員進(jìn)行了團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)與技巧輔導(dǎo)。 項(xiàng)目評(píng)估證明:高校引入社會(huì)工作專業(yè)方法培育獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)是行之有效的方法;通過(guò)情景模擬,啟發(fā)大學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)換位思考,是破解獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生自我中心意識(shí),培育團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn);設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施生活實(shí)踐中的合作與奉獻(xiàn)行動(dòng),是增進(jìn)獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)的有效措施。 項(xiàng)目后的觀察也反映出:獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)需要長(zhǎng)時(shí)段的持續(xù)的努力與養(yǎng)成,而培養(yǎng)穩(wěn)固的責(zé)任感則是鞏固其團(tuán)隊(duì)精神值得期待的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, college students are mostly single children. Their self centred consciousness and weak team consciousness not only restrict their growth and perfection, but also affect their employment and development.
This paper focuses on the one-child groups of college students lack of awareness of problem. On the basis of investigation and Research on the characteristics of only child college students, the author on the basis of the professional concept of social work, refer to Schutz's theory of interpersonal needs "," Cooley mirror me theory, the use of small group work method, the design and implementation of the "one-child and team communication cooperative group" around "scenarios and empathy", "two-way communication between you and me", "clean the dormitory, leaving three themes, a member of the team of team consciousness and coaching skills.
Project evaluation shows that introducing the professional social work methods to cultivate college students' team spirit is the only child of effective methods; through the simulation, inspire students to learn empathy, is a self break only child college students consciousness, cultivating team spirit of the key points in the design and implementation of life; in the practice of cooperation and dedication are effective measures to promote action. The only child college students' team spirit.
The observation after the project also reflects that the training of team consciousness for only child college students needs a long period of continuous efforts and cultivation, and fostering a solid sense of responsibility is an important way to consolidate their team spirit and look forward to it.
