【摘要】：家庭親善政策是組織促進員工平衡工作、家庭角色及責任的重要方式;社會工作以助人、自助為宗旨,借助科學方法推進工作和家庭兩個領(lǐng)域的共同發(fā)展。家庭親善政策為社會工作拓展了新視野,社會工作為家庭親善政策的實踐提供了技術(shù)支持。為促進家庭親善政策與社會工作的協(xié)同發(fā)展,應(yīng)從三個層面著手:營造文化氛圍;獲取資源支持;創(chuàng)新管理方式。對兩者間關(guān)系的探究有助于實現(xiàn)其優(yōu)勢互補,豐富管理學與社會學的跨領(lǐng)域研究。
[Abstract]:Family Goodwill Policy is an important way for organizations to promote balanced work, family roles and responsibilities. Social work aims at helping others and helping themselves. With the help of scientific methods to promote the common development of the two fields of work and family, the policy of family goodwill has opened up a new vision for social work. Social work provides technical support for the practice of family goodwill policy. In order to promote the cooperative development of family goodwill policy and social work, we should start from three aspects: create cultural atmosphere, obtain resource support; The exploration of the relationship between the two is helpful to realize their complementary advantages and enrich the cross-domain research of management and sociology.
