【摘要】：按照國際規(guī)定,65周歲和65周歲以上被界定為老年人,隨著人口老齡化的日益加劇,中國老年人的人口比例逐年升高,根據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計局發(fā)布的信息顯示:近10年以來65歲及以上人口從2005年的1億人攀升至2014年的1.38億,老年撫養(yǎng)比率從2005年的10.7%升至為2014年的13.7%。隨著50、60年代生育高峰出生的人群逐步步入老年人的行列,在接下來的20年里中國老年人口將進入快速增長階段。人口老齡化問題已經(jīng)成為嚴峻的社會問題,隨著年齡的增長,老年人的生理、心理上都凸顯出不同程度的問題,生理上的問題主要包括身體素質(zhì)的下降、記憶力的衰退,一部分老人常年受到疾病的困擾。在心理問題上部分家庭對老人的照顧不足,老年人缺乏關(guān)愛,與社會脫節(jié),內(nèi)心沮喪、低落,長期的負面情緒會導(dǎo)致老人思維遲緩,自卑,語言能力下降。在本文中,筆者運用緬懷往事療法、合理情緒療法等方法,以長春市沿河社區(qū)某老人為例,以個案工作的方式來改善老人負面情緒,最后得出結(jié)論:個案社會工作在調(diào)節(jié)老年人負面情緒方面有一定作用,在個案工作開展過程,中筆者認為心理咨詢技術(shù)融入到社會工作中將是一種社會工作發(fā)展的趨勢,在本案中筆者先后采用心理咨詢技術(shù)中的緬懷往事療法以及合理情緒療法,其效果都比較明顯。筆者認為社會工作中不論個案還是小組都屬于直接的方法,需要直面服務(wù)對象。在具備一定心理咨詢技術(shù)的社會工作者能夠更好更有效的與服務(wù)對象產(chǎn)生互動,從而更好的幫助服務(wù)對象。最后筆者希望針對高齡老人負面情緒調(diào)整這一問題,能夠受到社會上的廣泛重視和支持。
[Abstract]:According to international regulations, and 65 years of age more than 65 years of age is defined as the elderly, with the growing aging population, the proportion of the elderly population China increased year by year, according to the National Bureau of statistics released information shows: 138 million of the population aged 65 and over from 100 million in 2005 up to 2014 of nearly 10 years, the elderly dependency the ratio rose from 10.7% in 2005 to 13.7%. in 2014 with 50,60's baby boomers population gradually entered the ranks of the elderly, in the next 20 years China elderly population will enter a rapid growth stage. The population aging problem has become a serious social problem, with the increase of age, the elderly physiological, psychological highlights the different problems, physical problems including the decline of physical quality, memory decline, some old people often attacked by diseases. In the upper part of mental problems Household care for the elderly is insufficient, lack of care for the elderly, out of touch with society, depressed heart, low, long-term negative emotions can cause the elderly mental retardation, self-esteem, language ability decreased. In this paper, the author uses the reminiscing therapy, rational emotive therapy and other methods, to Changchun city along the river as an example of a community elderly in the case, the way of working to improve the negative emotions, finally draws the conclusion: social work has a certain role in the regulation of the elderly negative emotions, in the case of the work process, the author believes that psychological counseling techniques into social work, social work is a kind of development trend, in this case the author has used recall past psychological counseling techniques in therapy and rational emotive therapy, the effect is more obvious. The author thinks that the social work in the case no matter or in a group are the direct method, need Face the object of service. A better and more effective and service objects interact under certain psychological counseling techniques of social workers, which help the object of service. Finally, the author hopes to solve this problem to adjust the old negative emotions can be society wide attention and support.
