【摘要】：城市化水平是衡量一個國家或地區(qū)發(fā)展水平的重要標志之一。城市化不僅指城市人口占總人口比重提高的過程，也包括城市生產方式、生活觀念向農村傳播的過程，，以及人們對城市文化的接受過程。江蘇省作為“長江三角洲”的重要組成部分，其城市發(fā)展和經濟發(fā)展一直位于全國前列，城市化在促進江蘇省經濟發(fā)展和推進現(xiàn)代化建設過程中發(fā)揮了重要作用，但在城市化快速發(fā)展的同時，也存在一些不足，其對經濟發(fā)展的制約作用也是明顯的。因此，研究江蘇省城市化與經濟發(fā)展的相互關系，提出針對性建議，優(yōu)化江蘇城市化與經濟發(fā)展，同時以期對其他省市的城市化進程有借鑒意義。這是一項頗具現(xiàn)實意義的工作。 本文從城市化與經濟發(fā)展的相互影響及二者協(xié)調度兩方面研究二者的關系。首先從經濟增長、產業(yè)結構、就業(yè)結構和居民生活水平四個方面研究江蘇省城市化水平與經濟發(fā)展的相互影響，其次刻畫江蘇省各個城市的城市化水平與經濟發(fā)展的協(xié)調程度。最后對城市化水平與經濟發(fā)展水平之間的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出針對性建議。 通過本文分析，得到以下主要結論： 1.江蘇省城市化水平與經濟增長互為因果關系，城市化水平的提高可以促進經濟增長，而經濟增長又反作用于城市化的發(fā)展，二者相互促進，共同發(fā)展。 2.無論從短期還是長期來看，城市化都能促進產業(yè)結構的調整，推進產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級，城市化水平增加一個百分點，非農產業(yè)比重相應增加0.1729個百分點。 3.城市化的發(fā)展有助于就業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化調整，城市化水平的提高對第三產業(yè)從業(yè)人員吸引力大于對第二產業(yè)從業(yè)人員吸引力。 4.江蘇省城鄉(xiāng)消費存在較大差距，但是隨著城市化水平的提高，居民收入水平提高，消費水平逐步提高，消費結構由生存型消費轉向發(fā)展型和享受型消費。由此可看出隨著城市化進程推進，城鄉(xiāng)居民的生活水平不斷提高。 5.通過因子分析得到江蘇省13個省轄市的城市化水平綜合得分和經濟發(fā)展水平綜合得分，進而求出二者的協(xié)調度。從江蘇省全省角度看，各市協(xié)調度呈現(xiàn)為自南向北梯度遞減的趨勢。 最后，通過研究結論，得出要大力發(fā)展第三產業(yè)、改革戶籍制度、促進城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展等相關啟示。
[Abstract]:The level of urbanization is one of the important indicators to measure the level of development of a country or region. Urbanization not only refers to the process of increasing the proportion of urban population to the total population, but also includes the process of urban production mode and the spread of concept of life to rural areas. As an important part of the "Yangtze River Delta", Jiangsu Province's urban development and economic development have always been in the forefront of the country. Urbanization has played an important role in promoting the economic development of Jiangsu Province and promoting the modernization construction. However, there are also some deficiencies in the rapid development of urbanization, and its restriction on economic development is also obvious. This paper studies the relationship between urbanization and economic development in Jiangsu Province, puts forward some suggestions, optimizes the urbanization and economic development of Jiangsu Province, and expects to be useful for reference to the urbanization process of other provinces and cities. This paper studies the relationship between urbanization and economic development from two aspects: the mutual influence of urbanization and economic development and the degree of coordination between the two. First of all, from the perspective of economic growth, industrial structure, The interaction between urbanization level and economic development in Jiangsu Province is studied from four aspects: employment structure and resident living standard. Secondly, it describes the degree of coordination between urbanization level and economic development in Jiangsu Province, and finally puts forward some suggestions for sustainable development between urbanization level and economic development level. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. The level of urbanization and economic growth in Jiangsu Province are cause-and-effect, the improvement of urbanization level can promote economic growth, and economic growth reacts to the development of urbanization. The two promote each other and develop together. 2. Both in the short and long term, urbanization can promote the adjustment of industrial structure, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, increase the level of urbanization by one percentage point, and increase the proportion of non-agricultural industries by 0.1729 percentage points. 3.The development of urbanization contributes to the optimization and adjustment of employment structure, and the improvement of urbanization level is more attractive to the tertiary industry employees than to the secondary industry employees. 4. There is a big gap between urban and rural consumption in Jiangsu Province, but with the increase of urbanization level, the income level of residents increases and the consumption level increases gradually. The consumption structure changes from subsistence consumption to development consumption and enjoyment consumption, which shows that with the development of urbanization, the living standards of urban and rural residents continue to improve. 5. Through factor analysis, the comprehensive scores of urbanization level and economic development level of 13 provinces and municipalities in Jiangsu Province are obtained, and the coordination degree between them is obtained. The degree of coordination of each city presents a decreasing trend from south to north. Finally, through the research conclusion, we should develop the tertiary industry vigorously, reform the household registration system and promote the development of urban and rural integration.
