【摘要】：汶川地震后青少年積極的身影,奧運(yùn)盛會(huì)上青年志愿者的微笑,讓人們對(duì)青少年的公益行為刮目相看。被大眾質(zhì)疑的80后、90后成為時(shí)代的最強(qiáng)音。在此背景下,展開對(duì)青少年公益現(xiàn)狀的探索和研究成為時(shí)勢(shì)所趨。如何促進(jìn)我國(guó)公益事業(yè)得到長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,如何促使青少年持續(xù)地從事公益事業(yè),這就需要我們不僅要了解青少年的公益現(xiàn)狀,更要明晰青少年公益行為背后的影響因素,才能有的放矢從根源上促進(jìn)青少年公益事業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。本文基于青少年公益行為現(xiàn)狀的分析,深入探討我國(guó)當(dāng)代青少年公益行為背后的影響因素,以期促進(jìn)我國(guó)公益事業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。 本文通過疏理國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的研究成果構(gòu)建出研究框架和研究假設(shè)。即青少年的微觀系統(tǒng)、中觀系統(tǒng)、宏觀系統(tǒng)的不同狀況影響著青少年是否參加公益活動(dòng)以及參加公益活動(dòng)的頻率;然后運(yùn)用logistic多元回歸分析的方法對(duì)6137份全國(guó)青少年問卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定量分析,并得出以下主要結(jié)論:宏觀因素對(duì)青少年公益行為的影響最大。主要表現(xiàn)為學(xué)校組織公益活動(dòng)的情況對(duì)青少年是否參加過公益活動(dòng)影響最大。身邊人參加公益活動(dòng)的情況對(duì)青少年參加公益活動(dòng)的頻率影響最大;中觀家庭層面,父母以身作則對(duì)青少年是否參加公益活動(dòng)影響較大;微觀個(gè)人層面對(duì)青少年公益行為的影響較小。最后筆者結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)對(duì)主要研究發(fā)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜合討論并從社會(huì)工作的視角提出相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:After the Wenchuan earthquake, the youth active figure, the youth volunteer's smile on the Olympic Games pageant, lets the people look at the youth's public welfare behavior to look at respectfully. The 80 generation, 90 generation that is questioned by the public becomes the era's strongest voice. Under this background, How to promote the long-term development of public welfare in our country and how to encourage young people to engage in public welfare continuously, which requires us not only to understand the current situation of public welfare among young people, In order to promote the long-term development of the youth public welfare cause, we should make clear the influencing factors behind the youth public welfare behavior, so as to promote the long-term development of the youth public welfare cause. This article is based on the analysis of the present situation of the youth public welfare behavior. In order to promote the long-term development of our country's public welfare cause, this paper probes into the influencing factors behind our contemporary youth's public welfare behavior. In this paper, the research framework and research hypotheses are constructed by dredging the existing research results at home and abroad, that is, the micro system of teenagers, the meso system, The different situation of macro system affects whether or not young people participate in public welfare activities and the frequency of participating in public welfare activities. Then using the method of logistic multiple regression analysis, the data of 6137 national youth questionnaires are quantitatively analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: macroscopical factors have the greatest influence on the public welfare behavior of young people. The main manifestation is that the situation of the school organizing public welfare activities has the greatest influence on the teenagers whether they have participated in the public welfare activities. The people around them take part in the public welfare activities. The frequency of young people's participation in public welfare activities is most affected by the situation of movement. At the middle family level, parents lead by example on whether teenagers participate in public welfare activities; At last, the author combined with the relevant literature to discuss the main findings and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of social work.
