【摘要】：據(jù)《2015年全國(guó)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)》統(tǒng)計(jì),全國(guó)共有小學(xué)19.05萬(wàn)所,在校生9692.18萬(wàn)人,比上年增加241.12萬(wàn)人。學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)生在成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中最重要的事情之一。小學(xué)生正處在人格發(fā)展和行為養(yǎng)成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是保障學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)的重要基礎(chǔ),習(xí)慣既是學(xué)習(xí)和訓(xùn)練的結(jié)果,又是新的學(xué)習(xí)或新的習(xí)慣形成的基礎(chǔ)。習(xí)慣對(duì)一個(gè)人的性格形成乃至命運(yùn)有著重要的影響作用,青少年時(shí)期是個(gè)體行為習(xí)慣形成的關(guān)鍵期。關(guān)于小學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成,無(wú)論是家庭還是學(xué)校,都應(yīng)該抓住這一學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的關(guān)鍵期,重視對(duì)其良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)。本次研究在查閱和整理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,整體把握學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣研究現(xiàn)狀和小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者結(jié)合自己在實(shí)習(xí)期間參加的“四點(diǎn)半課堂”項(xiàng)目,從現(xiàn)實(shí)教育情境中收集研究資料,采用個(gè)案研究的方法,探究如何矯正小學(xué)生的不良學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。在本次介入過(guò)程中對(duì)案主合理適度的關(guān)注是進(jìn)行行為習(xí)慣矯正的前提;與案主建立相互信任的關(guān)系,并給予案主不斷的肯定與鼓勵(lì)是工作開(kāi)展和獲得良好效果的保證。本項(xiàng)目通過(guò)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論和理性情緒治療理論開(kāi)展個(gè)案活動(dòng),以社區(qū)的“四點(diǎn)半課堂”為依托,隨時(shí)與案主的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)相聯(lián)系,發(fā)掘案主自身的資源和能力,幫助案主養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:According to the 2015 National Statistical Bulletin on the Development of Educational undertakings, there are 190500 primary schools nationwide, with 96.9218 million students in school. Learning is one of the most important things in the process of students growing up. Pupils are in a critical period of personality development and behavior development. Good learning habits are the important basis for ensuring learning quality. Habit is not only the result of study and training, but also the basis of new study or new habit. Habit has an important influence on a person's character formation and even his destiny. Adolescence is the key period for the formation of individual behavior habits. As for the formation of good learning habits of primary school students, both at home and in school, they should seize the key period of forming learning habits. On the basis of consulting and sorting out the relevant documents, and grasping the present situation of the study on learning habits and the developing situation of the pupils' learning habits as a whole, this study focuses on the cultivation of their good learning habits. Combined with the "04:30 classroom" project that I participated in during my internship, the author collected the research data from the real educational situation and adopted the method of case study. How to correct the bad learning habits of primary school students. In the process of intervention, it is the premise of behavior habit correction to pay attention to the victim reasonably and moderately, and establish the relationship of mutual trust with the victim. And giving constant affirmation and encouragement to the victim is the guarantee of carrying out the work and obtaining good results. This project carries out case activities through ecosystem theory and rational emotional therapy theory, relying on the "04:30 classroom" in the community. Contact with the owner's ecosystem at any time, excavate his own resources and abilities, help him to develop good study habits.
