【摘要】:當(dāng)代中國(guó)處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,由傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)走向現(xiàn)代社會(huì)、熟人社會(huì)走向陌生人社會(huì)、神圣性社會(huì)走向世俗性社會(huì),人們每天都在感受著這個(gè)社會(huì)的日新月異,新事物、新觀念、新行為不斷涌現(xiàn),身處其中,只能不斷的去實(shí)踐、接受和認(rèn)可,以防止落伍掉隊(duì)或者被社會(huì)所淘汰,但更多的人感到的卻是不適應(yīng),在急劇變化以及不確定因素不斷增加的時(shí)代面前,心理感到的是不安焦慮甚至是某種恐懼,對(duì)自己能否真正適應(yīng)并融入當(dāng)今社會(huì)感到困惑和懷疑,社會(huì)民眾普遍存在著焦慮的心理。適度的焦慮能夠激發(fā)人的潛能,,增加社會(huì)的活力,但是承受過度的焦慮壓力,會(huì)加劇社會(huì)成員浮躁心理,淡化身份認(rèn)同,缺乏對(duì)生活的存在感、自由感和意義感。 在當(dāng)代中國(guó),人仿佛是自由了、自主了但實(shí)際上卻是被異化了、物化了,成為了單向度的人。從表面上看,社會(huì)焦慮是社會(huì)個(gè)體為實(shí)現(xiàn)自身利益的滿足和未來的發(fā)展過程中表現(xiàn)出來的不安、困惑甚至是某種恐懼心理,但實(shí)質(zhì)上是由于異化現(xiàn)象的存在使得個(gè)體發(fā)展的不自由不全面心靈發(fā)展不和諧。緩解社會(huì)焦慮問題,心理學(xué)和社會(huì)學(xué)作了大量的研究,提供了諸多可以借鑒的方法,但是都不能從根本上消除社會(huì)焦慮問題。社會(huì)是由人組成的,社會(huì)焦慮問題的產(chǎn)生與現(xiàn)實(shí)中的人、關(guān)系中的人、實(shí)踐中的人密不可分,馬克思主義人學(xué)作為人對(duì)自身存在狀況的自我意識(shí)之自覺表達(dá),從現(xiàn)實(shí)中的人出發(fā)來思考問題,以對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)人的生存境遇和發(fā)展命運(yùn)的關(guān)注為主題,從人的本質(zhì)、人的價(jià)值、人的主體性、人的發(fā)展等視角揭示焦慮存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)生存土壤,為從根本上消除社會(huì)焦慮問題提供了可能。通過消解異化物化,促進(jìn)人的自由全面發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)人的本質(zhì)完全豐富基礎(chǔ)上的自由解放,達(dá)到心靈和諧穩(wěn)定,以致于能夠詩意棲居。
[Abstract]:Contemporary China is in the critical period of social transformation, from traditional society to modern society, from acquaintance society to stranger society, from divine society to secular society, people are feeling the rapid changes and new things in this society every day. New ideas, new behaviors are constantly emerging, in which they can only continue to practice, accept and recognize, in order to prevent them from falling behind or being eliminated by society, but more people feel that they are not adapted to the situation. In the face of rapid changes and increasing uncertainty, the psychological feeling is unease, anxiety or even some kind of fear, perplexing and doubting whether they can really adapt to and integrate into today's society, A moderate anxiety can stimulate the potential of people and increase the vitality of the society, but to bear excessive anxiety pressure will aggravate the impetuous psychology of social members and dilute their identity. Lack of sense of existence, freedom and meaning of life. In contemporary China, people seem to be free, autonomous, but actually alienated, materialized, and become unidirectional people. On the surface, Social anxiety is the uneasiness, confusion and even some kind of fear that social individuals show in the process of realizing their own interests and developing in the future. But in essence, because of the existence of alienation phenomenon, the individual development is not free and not comprehensive spiritual development disharmony. To alleviate the social anxiety problem, psychology and sociology have done a lot of research, and provided many methods that can be used for reference. But none of them can fundamentally eliminate social anxiety. Society is made up of people. The emergence of social anxiety is closely related to people in reality, people in relationships, and people in practice. Marxist anthropology, as a conscious expression of man's self-consciousness of his own existence, ponders the problem from the point of view of the human being in reality, focuses on the living circumstances and the development fate of the realistic human, from the human nature and the human value. Human subjectivity, human development and other perspectives reveal the realistic living soil of anxiety, which provides the possibility to eliminate the social anxiety problem fundamentally, and promotes the free and all-round development of human beings by dispelling alienation and materialization. To realize the liberation of human nature on the basis of complete enrichment, to achieve harmony and stability of the soul, so as to be able to inhabit poetically.
