【摘要】：隨著我國全面放開二胎政策的出臺、社會節(jié)奏加快和環(huán)境污染等變化,不孕癥發(fā)病率逐年提高,不孕不育的難題更加凸顯。不孕癥作為特殊的生理疾病,對不孕女性及其家庭乃至整個社會造成巨大的負面影響。隨著傳統(tǒng)單一的醫(yī)學模式向社會一心理一生物交互模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,不孕癥女性患者面臨的困境不再片面地界定為生理疾病,這為社會工作介入提供了良好的前提。本研究采用社會工作視角來看待不孕女性的生存現(xiàn)狀,主要對不孕癥女性患者生存現(xiàn)狀和面臨的問題進行訪談,了解到不孕癥女性患者會面臨自身生理痛苦、心理壓力、家庭矛盾、部分社會功能受損等難題。不孕癥女性患者面臨的危機作為一個全球性社會問題,必然有其自身的發(fā)生機制,對其干預必須從源頭上介入才能達到標本兼治的效果。從場域一慣習視角出發(fā),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)不孕女性面臨的困境是傳統(tǒng)生育觀念、女性角色標簽化和社會文化環(huán)境的共同作用的結(jié)果,不孕癥女性患者得不到尊重和認可,產(chǎn)生自我貶抑、恥辱感、負罪感等負面情緒,社會工作者要引導案主使其恢復為“正常人”,減少社會上各種污名化和標簽化對不孕女性的影響和傷害；另一方面借由優(yōu)勢視角,引導不孕癥女性患者發(fā)掘自身價值,形成正向的自我認知。在此基礎上,本研究采取行動研究法,以武漢市某社工機構(gòu)開展的不孕女性社會工作服務為依托,綜合運用小組工作和個案工作社會工作方法介入,在實務推動過程中進行總結(jié)反思,并依據(jù)其出現(xiàn)的問題及效果做出調(diào)整和改進。通過對該機構(gòu)開展的不孕女性社會工作服務進行實踐考察和研究分析,探討社會工作的介入空間,嘗試探索應對不孕女性生存困境的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the policy of opening up the second child in an all-round way, the social rhythm is quickening and the environmental pollution is changing, the incidence of infertility has been increasing year by year, and the problem of infertility has become more prominent. As a special physiological disease, infertility is a special physiological disease. It has a great negative impact on infertile women, their families and society as a whole. With the transformation of traditional single medical model to social-psychological-biological interaction model, The plight of infertile women is no longer defined as a physiological disease, which provides a good premise for social work intervention. We mainly interviewed the current situation and problems faced by women patients with infertility, and learned that women patients with infertility will face their own physical pain, psychological pressure, and family contradictions. As a global social problem, the crisis faced by infertile women must have its own mechanism. From the perspective of field and habit, we find that the dilemma faced by infertile women is the traditional conception of fertility. As a result of the combination of the role labelling of women and the social and cultural environment, women with infertility are not respected and recognized, resulting in negative emotions such as self-deprecation, stigma, guilt, etc. Social workers should guide the victims to return them to "normal people" and reduce the impact and injury of various stigma and labelling on infertile women. On the other hand, they should guide women patients with infertility to discover their own value from an advantageous perspective. On the basis of this, this study adopted the action research method, based on the social work service of a social work institution in Wuhan, comprehensively used the social work methods of group work and case work to intervene. In the process of practice promotion, we summarize and reflect, and make adjustment and improvement according to its problems and effects. Through the practice investigation and research analysis on the social work service of infertile women in this institution, To explore the intervention space of social work, try to explore an effective way to cope with the plight of infertile women.
