【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅猛發(fā)展以及新興傳播方式不斷涌現(xiàn),依靠信息流動與話語表達(dá)增強(qiáng)思想影響力,成為西方"普世價值"思潮網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的重要路向。當(dāng)前,西方"普世價值"思潮之所以在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間肆意蔓延,除了它本身的理論旨趣外,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)賦權(quán)也起到推波助瀾作用。我國正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會深度轉(zhuǎn)型期,一些人借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體制造輿論,渲染社會矛盾,推崇西方文化及其制度模式,并以此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對中國的價值理念、政治制度、公共政策等進(jìn)行詰難。對此,我們要理性應(yīng)對,引導(dǎo)人們正確認(rèn)識網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間"普世價值"思潮及其變種的實(shí)質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and the emergence of new communication methods, relying on the flow of information and discourse expression to enhance the influence of ideas has become an important way of network dissemination of "universal values" in the West. In addition to its own theoretical purport, the empowerment of network technology also contributes to the rampant spread of western "universal values" in cyberspace. China is in a deep economic and social transition period. Some people use the new network media to create public opinion, exaggerate social contradictions, promote western culture and its institutional model, and use this as a standard to heckle China's value concept, political system, public policy, etc. To this, we should deal with this rationally. To guide people to correctly understand the essence of the trend of thought of "universal value" and its variation in cyberspace.
