【摘要】：文章以“社會(huì)改變?nèi)∠虻男袆?dòng)研究”的社會(huì)探究路徑,回觀臺灣社工專業(yè)的政治歷史與發(fā)展過程,認(rèn)為在臺灣特定脈絡(luò)下,透過執(zhí)政與政策權(quán)力、專業(yè)組織與個(gè)體戶社工等不同層次的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)相互穿透作用下,形成了臺灣社工專業(yè)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)況與難題。臺灣經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以成為其他地區(qū)社工發(fā)展的參照案例,培養(yǎng)有自覺覺他能力、以社工實(shí)踐知識為志業(yè)的工作者,才能利益眾生。
[Abstract]:Based on the path of social inquiry of "Action Research of Social change orientation", this paper looks back at the political history and development process of social work profession in Taiwan, and points out that under the specific context of Taiwan, through the power of administration and policy, With the penetration of social systems at different levels, such as professional organizations and individual social workers, the current situation and difficulties of the professional development of social workers in Taiwan have been formed. The Taiwan experience can be used as a reference case for the development of social workers in other regions. Only the workers who have the ability of conscious consciousness and social workers' practical knowledge can benefit all beings.
