【摘要】：利用2004~2007年中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),數(shù)量化測(cè)算了我國(guó)企業(yè)層面的性別工資差距,并實(shí)證研究了外資進(jìn)入對(duì)我國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)性別工資差距的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),外資進(jìn)入對(duì)我國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)性別工資差距有顯著負(fù)向的影響,外資進(jìn)入每增加1%,性別工資差距降低約0.13%。在使用不同外資進(jìn)入的衡量方式,區(qū)分不同地區(qū)子樣本以及解決了內(nèi)生性問(wèn)題后,仍然得到了穩(wěn)健一致的結(jié)果。這主要是由于外資進(jìn)入程度較高的地區(qū)和行業(yè)往往具有更大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,以及外資企業(yè)推行的"同工同酬"價(jià)值理念為本土企業(yè)帶來(lái)了示范效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:By using the database of China's industrial enterprises from 2004 to 2007, this paper measures quantitatively the gender wage gap at the enterprise level in China, and empirically studies the influence of foreign capital entry on the gender wage gap of industrial enterprises in China. Foreign capital entry has a significant negative impact on the gender wage gap in China's industrial enterprises. For every increase in foreign capital entry, the gender wage gap decreases by about 0.13 percent. After distinguishing sub-samples from different regions and solving the problem of endogenicity, the results are still robust and consistent. This is mainly due to the fact that regions and industries with higher levels of foreign capital entry tend to have greater competitive pressure. And the value concept of equal pay for equal work carried out by foreign-funded enterprises has brought demonstration effect to local enterprises.
