從單位人到勞動的個人—當(dāng)代中國管理理念的人本躍遷

【摘要】:管理理念是管理經(jīng)驗的凝煉與升華。作為人類智慧的一個獨立分支,管理理念自從產(chǎn)生來就存在著管理的主體、管理的客體即所謂管理的二元結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系問題。在管理系統(tǒng)中,管理主體占有管理的有利資源,能夠充分發(fā)揮作為主體的自主性、能動性、創(chuàng)造性,是能夠支配和主導(dǎo)管理客體的一方;管理客體則處于被支配和被主導(dǎo)的地位,分享少部分或者不能分享管理的資源。 現(xiàn)代管理產(chǎn)生于美洲,它是工業(yè)革命的必然產(chǎn)物,現(xiàn)代管理理念更多地服從于、服務(wù)于產(chǎn)品的增長和勞動生產(chǎn)率的提高,即管理理念更多地呈現(xiàn)為馬克思所說的人的發(fā)展的物的依賴性階段:“在現(xiàn)代世界,生產(chǎn)表現(xiàn)為人的目的,而財富則表現(xiàn)為生產(chǎn)的目的!雹僮鳛楣芾淼睦砟,管理的主體經(jīng)由為了神、為了君主、為了資本所有者的歷史嬗變;而管理的客體即農(nóng)業(yè)勞動者和手工業(yè)勞動者一直被看成是為神、為君主、為資本所有者創(chuàng)造農(nóng)業(yè)財富和手工業(yè)財富的工具和玩偶。中國的管理實踐、管理理念歷史悠久,,但中國更多地表現(xiàn)為自然經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)上的管理實踐、管理經(jīng)驗。1956年②,社會主義中國完成了三大改造,進入了計劃經(jīng)濟時代,單位成為國家管理社會的基本單元。從1956年到1978年十一屆三中全會以前,單位人的管理理念主導(dǎo)了中國的社會發(fā)展進程。改革開放以來,中國的所有制制度和社會結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了劇烈變遷,出現(xiàn)了新的社會階層。中國人逐漸從單位的束縛中解脫出來成為可以憑借自身努力實現(xiàn)自己的價值的勞動的個人。在當(dāng)代中國,管理理念的人本躍遷表現(xiàn)為管理對象從計劃經(jīng)濟時代的單位轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭袌鼋?jīng)濟時代勞動的個人,表現(xiàn)為人的主體性從計劃經(jīng)濟時代的群體特質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭袌鼋?jīng)濟時代的個體特質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Management concept is the condensation and sublimation of management experience. As an independent branch of human wisdom, management concept has existed since its emergence, and the object of management is the relationship between the so-called dual structure of management. The management subject possesses the favorable resources of management, can give full play to the autonomy, initiative and creativity of the subject, is the party that can dominate and lead the management object, and the management object is in the position of being dominated and dominated. Share a small portion or not of the managed resources. Modern management came into being in the Americas. It was the inevitable result of the industrial revolution. The modern management concept served the growth of products and the improvement of labor productivity. That is to say, the concept of management is more of a dependent stage of human development as Marx called it: "in the modern world, production is the purpose of human beings, while wealth is the purpose of production." 1 as the concept of management, The subject of management is transmutation for the sake of God, for the monarch, for the owner of capital, and the object of management, that is, the agricultural laborer and the handicraft laborer, has always been regarded as the god, the monarch. China's management practices have a long history, but China is more of a natural economy based on management practices, Management experience. In 1956, socialist China completed three major transformations, entered the era of planned economy, and the unit became the basic unit of state management of society. From 1956 to 1978 before the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, The concept of unit management dominates the process of social development in China. Since the reform and opening up, China's ownership system and social structure have undergone dramatic changes. A new social stratum has emerged. The Chinese are gradually freed from the bondage of the unit to become individuals who can work hard to realize their own value. In contemporary China, The humanism transition of the management idea shows that the management object changes from the unit of the planned economy era to the individual labor in the market economy age, and the subjectivity of the person changes from the group characteristic of the planned economy age to the individual characteristic of the market economy age.
