【摘要】：老年健康問題一直是社會學(xué)研究中備受關(guān)注的主題,但是鮮有研究將之放置在城鎮(zhèn)化背景下加以考察。文章從老年人口流動的視角,利用2015年國家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委流動人口監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),采用有序Logistic回歸分析方法,著重從社會支持和醫(yī)療福利角度分析影響流動老人健康差異的因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,個(gè)體特征方面,性別、年齡、教育程度、健康行為、慢性病史等特征對流動老人健康自評具有顯著影響;第二,社會支持方面,流入地的配偶支持、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)支持以及朋友數(shù)量對流動老人健康自評具有顯著正向影響;第三,醫(yī)療福利對健康自評有顯著影響,公平享受流入地公共醫(yī)療服務(wù)的流動老人健康自評較為積極。建立有效的社區(qū)支持和均等化的健康促進(jìn)體系,成為應(yīng)對流動老人健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的政策選擇。
[Abstract]:The issue of elderly health has always been a subject of great concern in sociological research, but few studies have placed it in the context of urbanization. Based on the monitoring data of floating population of the State Health and Family Planning Commission in 2015, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the health differences of the floating elderly from the perspective of social support and medical welfare by using the method of orderly Logistic regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: first, individual characteristics. Gender, age, educational level, health behavior, chronic medical history and other characteristics have significant effects on the self-assessment of migrant elderly health. Second, social support, emigrate spouse support, Family economic support and the number of friends have significant positive effects on the health self-assessment of the floating elderly. Thirdly, medical benefits have significant effects on the self-assessment of health. The self-assessment of the health of the floating elderly in the public medical service is more active, and the establishment of an effective community support and equalization of health promotion system has become the policy choice to deal with the health risks of the floating elderly.
