【摘要】：殘疾人是整個社會中重要的群體之一,構(gòu)建殘疾人的和諧生活是全社會和諧發(fā)展的必要條件。社會工作作為一項專業(yè)性的助人工作,在殘疾人領(lǐng)域有著很大的工作空間。本土社會工作也需要結(jié)合本土實際情況進行研究。因此作者選取了G市F城區(qū),從殘疾人面臨的問題、法律環(huán)境、社會工作機構(gòu)工作情況等方面,對F城區(qū)殘疾人的生存現(xiàn)狀進行了較為全面的梳理和概括,同時通過個案訪談的方式展現(xiàn)了F區(qū)一些有代表性的殘疾人的生活狀況,較全面地分析了其背后的政策和社會環(huán)境,并就如何改善他們的生存環(huán)境提出建議。 論文共分四個部分,第一個部分是通過文獻查閱回顧,了解殘疾人的生存狀況,以及調(diào)查的背景和意義。第二部分,介紹了研究方法：通過實地訪談和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查,獲得調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)。第三部分是數(shù)據(jù)分析和研究發(fā)現(xiàn),從康復(fù)、就業(yè)等方面分析了殘疾人的生存狀況。第四部分是結(jié)論與建議：結(jié)論是殘疾人仍處于社會保障制度的邊緣,建議從政策倡導(dǎo)和NGO的專業(yè)社會工作介入方面進行改善。
[Abstract]:The disabled are one of the most important groups in the whole society. Constructing a harmonious life for the disabled is a necessary condition for the harmonious development of the whole society. There is a large working space in the field of disabled people. The local social work also needs to be studied in the light of the local reality. Therefore, the author chooses the F city of G city, from the problems faced by the disabled, the legal environment, In terms of the work situation of social work organizations and so on, the survival status of disabled people in F urban area is comprehensively combed and summarized, and the living conditions of some representative persons with disabilities in F district are shown by the way of case interviews. The policy and social environment behind them are analyzed comprehensively, and suggestions on how to improve their living environment are put forward. The thesis is divided into four parts, the first part is to review the literature, understand the living conditions of the disabled, as well as the background and significance of the investigation. The second part, introduced the research methods: through field interviews and network surveys, The third part is the data analysis and research findings, from the rehabilitation, employment and other aspects of the analysis of the survival of persons with disabilities. 4th is the conclusion and recommendations: the conclusion is that the disabled are still on the edge of the social security system, Suggestions are made to improve policy advocacy and the involvement of NGO in professional social work.
