【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化在改變了失地農(nóng)民經(jīng)濟(jì)行為的同時(shí),也將導(dǎo)致其生活方式的鄉(xiāng)城變遷,其中面向城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境的健康生活方式轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)失地農(nóng)民維系健康水平至關(guān)重要。本文從理論層面研究了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下失地農(nóng)民的健康生活方式轉(zhuǎn)型機(jī)制及其影響因素;在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用規(guī)范的健康促進(jìn)生活方式量表(HPLP)對(duì)江蘇泰州331個(gè)失地農(nóng)民健康生活方式水平進(jìn)行實(shí)證測(cè)度。結(jié)果表明,樣本地區(qū)失地農(nóng)民健康生活方式總體處于一般狀況,其中運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉水平顯著不足。進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用分位數(shù)模型研究發(fā)現(xiàn),相比而言,女性、文化程度較高以及患慢性病的失地農(nóng)民群體更重視自我健康生活方式的塑造和提升,此外,征地滿意度、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)參與率和安置區(qū)公共健康服務(wù)等外部因素對(duì)促進(jìn)失地農(nóng)民健康生活方式發(fā)展也發(fā)揮了積極作用。
[Abstract]:While urbanization has changed the economic behavior of landless farmers, it will also lead to the rural and urban changes in their way of life. Among them, the transformation of healthy lifestyle oriented to urban environment is very important for the landless farmers to maintain their health level. This paper studies the mechanism and influencing factors of healthy lifestyle transformation of landless peasants under the background of urbanization. The standard Health Promotion lifestyle scale (HPLP) was used to measure the healthy lifestyle level of 331 landless farmers in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province. The results showed that the healthy lifestyle of the landless farmers in the sample area was generally in the general state. The further study of quantile model found that women with higher education level and landless farmers suffering from chronic diseases pay more attention to shaping and improving their self-healthy lifestyle. The external factors, such as land requisition satisfaction, medical insurance participation rate and public health service in resettlement areas, also played a positive role in promoting the healthy lifestyle development of landless farmers.
