全面二孩政策對女性就業(yè)的影響——基于企業(yè)人工成本中介效應的分析

【摘要】:基于適齡職業(yè)女性問卷調查數據,采用探索性因子分析、驗證性因子分析和層級回歸分析方法,研究了我國全面二孩政策對女性就業(yè)的影響。研究發(fā)現:全面二孩政策對女性就業(yè)存在多方面的影響,對女性求職艱難、薪酬福利減少、退出勞動力市場、非正規(guī)就業(yè)增加均具有顯著正向影響,且企業(yè)人工成本在全面二孩政策對女性就業(yè)的影響中起著顯著中介作用。全面二孩政策對不同年齡、不同學歷、不同企業(yè)性質、不同收入、不同城市的女性就業(yè)的影響存在差異,年齡較輕、學歷較低的女性表現為求職艱難,年齡較長、學歷較高的女性表現為薪酬福利減少,外資企業(yè)和私有企業(yè)女性員工比國有企業(yè)女性員工、高收入女性員工比低收入女性員工、一線城市和二線城市比三線城市的女性員工受影響程度更高。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of professional women of appropriate age, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. This paper studies the effect of the comprehensive two-child policy on the employment of women in China. The study finds that the comprehensive two-child policy has many effects on the employment of women, which is difficult for women to find jobs, reduces the salary and welfare, and exits the labor market. The increase of informal employment has a significant positive effect, and the labor cost of enterprises plays a significant intermediary role in the impact of the comprehensive two-child policy on female employment. Women with different incomes and different cities have different effects on employment. Women with younger age and lower academic qualifications have difficulty in finding jobs, are older, and those with higher academic qualifications have less pay and benefits. Female employees in foreign and private enterprises are more affected than women employees in state-owned enterprises, women employees in high-income enterprises are more affected than women workers in low-income cities, and women workers in first-tier cities and second-tier cities are more affected than those in third-tier cities.
