【摘要】：英國式世界上第一個(gè)進(jìn)入工業(yè)化與城市化的國家，于此同時(shí)它也是最早出現(xiàn)城市問題，經(jīng)歷城市衰落與城市復(fù)興的國家。但在20世紀(jì)50年代之前，城市里負(fù)責(zé)拆毀貧民窟，翻新居民樓，修建公路的要么是福利組織要么是當(dāng)?shù)卣Ｈ鄙僬块T和私立組織的合作。也正是因?yàn)檫@樣的原因產(chǎn)生了許多城市問題。第二次世界大戰(zhàn)之后，由于英國經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型，制造業(yè)的衰敗，失業(yè)率上升，另外郊區(qū)化使城市中心人口迅速減少，這些歷史上曾經(jīng)輝煌一時(shí)的工業(yè)城市開始衰落。20世紀(jì)80年代開始，英國城市復(fù)興才取得了一定的成績。 本文主要是將社區(qū)發(fā)展與第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后英國的城市復(fù)興運(yùn)動(dòng)相結(jié)合起來，把兩者之間的緊密聯(lián)系在這里進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述。社區(qū)的發(fā)展促進(jìn)并影響城市發(fā)展。社區(qū)發(fā)展是促進(jìn)城市多樣化的動(dòng)力，社區(qū)發(fā)展主要是從城市力量，發(fā)展目標(biāo)，措施多元化三方面因素刺激城市多元化；英國社區(qū)的社會(huì)保障，社區(qū)護(hù)理，社區(qū)民主激勵(lì)英國城市實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)化，以及城市社會(huì)保障的社區(qū)化。而社區(qū)服務(wù)的形式，結(jié)構(gòu)以及社區(qū)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)等方面，也有力地推動(dòng)了城市社會(huì)服務(wù)的蓬勃發(fā)展，，并使之趨于完善�？偠灾�，20世紀(jì)中葉至21世紀(jì)的社區(qū)發(fā)展在英國城市化中起到了刺激城市多樣化，激勵(lì)城市社區(qū)化，推動(dòng)城市社會(huì)服務(wù)的重要作用。
