【摘要】:在信息社會里,數(shù)據(jù)與我們的生活息息相關(guān)的,它可為信息使用者進行決策提供巨大的信息支持。準確、有效、可靠的數(shù)據(jù)須在具體的數(shù)據(jù)收集工作中用數(shù)據(jù)收集工具獲得,數(shù)據(jù)收集過程是保證所收集數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)。 數(shù)據(jù)收集的基本任務(wù)是根據(jù)研究的預(yù)定目的、要求和任務(wù),運用各種科學(xué)的調(diào)查方法,有目的、有計劃、有組織地向調(diào)查對象搜集資料,取得反映研究對象的原始統(tǒng)計資料。問卷是進行數(shù)據(jù)收集的一種常用工具,基于問卷的數(shù)據(jù)收集方法有很多,如現(xiàn)場發(fā)放紙質(zhì)問卷、網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線問卷、電子郵件調(diào)查、問卷訪談等,每一種基于問卷的數(shù)據(jù)收集方法都有自身的優(yōu)點及局限性。在開展具體的數(shù)據(jù)收集工作之前,必須根據(jù)研究目的和調(diào)查對象選擇最有效的數(shù)據(jù)收集方法,以保證所收集數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量。 本文的主要研究目的是通過在高校學(xué)生群體中發(fā)放紙質(zhì)調(diào)查問卷和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問卷,進行數(shù)據(jù)回收,對回收的問卷從數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量、問卷反饋率與題項回答率、調(diào)查回應(yīng)率方面比較基于問卷的兩種數(shù)據(jù)收集方法回收數(shù)據(jù)的特點,總結(jié)出在開展調(diào)查時兩種數(shù)據(jù)收集方法現(xiàn)階段所顯示的特點,推斷出基于問卷的這兩種數(shù)據(jù)收集方法對于所收集的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的影響和適用領(lǐng)域。 本文通過基于問卷調(diào)查實驗和對參考資料的總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查覆蓋面廣,但是問卷反饋率和回應(yīng)率比較低,在數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量和題項回答率方面兩者沒有太大差異。在面向廣大網(wǎng)民群體時,適用于調(diào)查有關(guān)“是什么”、“是多少”、“地區(qū)”和“時間”等方面的問題,即數(shù)量統(tǒng)計調(diào)查,比較適合使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查。如果是有關(guān)具體細節(jié)調(diào)查,往往采用針對具體的小群體的紙質(zhì)問卷調(diào)查的方式,調(diào)查時可進行訪談記錄,得到精確的信息。如果為提高調(diào)查的覆蓋率,同時還要保證數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量可以采用紙質(zhì)問卷與網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷相結(jié)合的方式,這樣既可以保證調(diào)查的順利開展,還可以提高調(diào)查效率。
[Abstract]:In the information society, data is closely related to our lives. It can provide huge information support for information users to make decisions. Accurate, effective and reliable data must be obtained through data collection tools in specific data collection. The process of data collection is an important step to ensure the quality of collected data. The basic task of data collection is to collect data from the respondents in a purposeful, planned and organized manner, using various scientific methods of investigation according to the intended purpose, requirements and tasks of the study, The questionnaire is a common tool for data collection. There are many methods of data collection based on the questionnaire, such as the on-site distribution of paper questionnaires, online questionnaires, e-mail surveys, Each method of data collection based on questionnaire has its own advantages and limitations. Before carrying out the specific data collection, it is necessary to select the most effective data collection method according to the purpose of the research and the object of the survey. To ensure the quality of the collected data. The main purpose of this paper is to distribute paper questionnaire and online questionnaire to college students, and to collect data from data quality, questionnaire feedback rate and item answer rate. In terms of the survey response rate, the characteristics of the two methods of data collection based on questionnaires are compared, and the characteristics of the two methods of data collection at this stage of the survey are summarized. The effects of these two data collection methods based on questionnaire on the quality of collected data and their application areas are inferred. Based on the questionnaire survey experiment and the summary of reference materials, this paper finds that the network questionnaire has a wide coverage, but the feedback rate and response rate of the questionnaire are relatively low. There is no significant difference in data quality and item answer rate. When it comes to the vast number of Internet users, it can be used to investigate questions about "what is", "how much", "region" and "time", that is, the quantitative statistical survey. It is more suitable to use online questionnaire survey. If the specific details of the survey, often using a specific small group of paper questionnaires, the survey can be conducted interviews, In order to improve the coverage of the survey and ensure the quality of the data, the paper questionnaire and the network questionnaire can be used to ensure the smooth development of the survey, but also to improve the efficiency of the survey.
