【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),越來(lái)越多的農(nóng)村老年人告別生活已久的鄉(xiāng)村,追隨子女來(lái)到城市生活。面對(duì)一個(gè)全新的生活環(huán)境,老年人在適應(yīng)城市生活過(guò)程中會(huì)面臨很多困難,例如：城鄉(xiāng)之間生活習(xí)慣不同、老年人在家庭與社會(huì)的地位轉(zhuǎn)換、居住環(huán)境不同、語(yǔ)言交流方式不同、消費(fèi)觀念不同等等。這些問(wèn)題在不同程度上影響著農(nóng)村進(jìn)城老年人的城市生活質(zhì)量,因此需要社會(huì)各界人士予以更多的關(guān)注。 本文主要以社會(huì)適應(yīng)理論為理論基礎(chǔ),將農(nóng)村進(jìn)城老年人的社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)題劃分為：生理適應(yīng)、心理適應(yīng)、文化適應(yīng)和社會(huì)適應(yīng)四個(gè)方面。由于生活空間的轉(zhuǎn)移,熟悉的環(huán)境發(fā)生變化,可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致身體主動(dòng)性減弱；自我價(jià)值感降低認(rèn)同感缺乏；相對(duì)于城市主流文化被邊緣化；缺乏經(jīng)濟(jì)、情感以及服務(wù)支持使得控制與應(yīng)對(duì)情景壓力能力降低。這些不適應(yīng)主要是因?yàn)檫M(jìn)城老年人自身文化素質(zhì)不高、城鄉(xiāng)生活習(xí)慣差異、城鄉(xiāng)居住環(huán)境差異、城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突、制度性障礙等因素造成的。 本研究通過(guò)小組工作方法的介入,引導(dǎo)進(jìn)城老年人參與小組活動(dòng),在活動(dòng)中組員提出改善他們自身的困境,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與人的溝通交流,并適當(dāng)參加體育鍛煉,使身體主動(dòng)性增強(qiáng)；倡導(dǎo)社區(qū)開展老年活動(dòng),為進(jìn)城老年人搭建互動(dòng)平臺(tái),增強(qiáng)進(jìn)城老年人的自我價(jià)值與歸屬感；政府及職能部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)村進(jìn)城老年人的關(guān)注,制定并完善相關(guān)政策與法規(guī)。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, more and more rural elderly people leave the country where they have lived for a long time and follow their children to the city. In the face of a new living environment, the elderly will face a lot of difficulties in adapting to the city life. For example, there are different living habits between urban and rural areas, changes in the status of the elderly in the family and society, different living environments and different ways of language exchange. These problems affect the quality of urban life of the elderly in rural cities in varying degrees, so they need more attention from people from all walks of life. Based on the theory of social adaptation, this paper divides the problems of social adaptation of the elderly in rural cities into four aspects: physical adaptation, psychological adaptation, cultural adaptation and social adaptation. Changes in the familiar environment may lead to reduced physical initiative; a lower sense of self-worth; a lack of identity; marginalization from mainstream urban culture; and a lack of economy, Emotion and service support reduce the ability to control and cope with situational stress. These inadaptations are mainly due to the low cultural quality of the elderly in cities, differences in their living habits, differences in urban and rural living environment, and cultural conflicts in urban and rural areas. Institutional obstacles and other factors. Through the intervention of group work methods, the study led the elderly in cities to participate in group activities. In the activities, the group members proposed to improve their own plight, should strengthen communication with people, and participate in physical exercise appropriately. Promote community activities for the elderly, build an interactive platform for the elderly in cities, enhance their self-worth and sense of belonging; the government and functional departments should pay more attention to the elderly in rural areas. Formulate and improve related policies and regulations.
