【摘要】：本文提出了從個體社會資本演進生成集體社會資本的兩種研究假說:特殊主義的關(guān)系運作邏輯假說和社會聲望的資格承認邏輯假說,并在企業(yè)融資結(jié)網(wǎng)形成融資信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)的具體情景中加以驗證。本文發(fā)現(xiàn),親緣、地緣和業(yè)緣等關(guān)系情景較為強烈時,特殊主義的關(guān)系運作邏輯將會得到強化,企業(yè)更傾向于將信任范圍鎖定于熟悉的特定群體之內(nèi),構(gòu)建小宗派型融資派系。而"門當戶對"的類別情景較為強烈時,社會聲望的資格承認邏輯將會得到強化,企業(yè)更愿意對非特定對象持有較高的社會信任,轉(zhuǎn)而融入更為開放的大規(guī)模融資信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在社會關(guān)系、社會聲望對融資信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響過程中,企業(yè)信任半徑起到了重要的中介作用,左右著集體社會資本的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:This paper presents two hypotheses of generating collective social capital from the evolution of individual social capital, namely, the hypothesis of relation operation logic of particularity and the logic hypothesis of qualification recognition of social prestige. In this paper, we find that the relationship logic of particularity will be strengthened when the kinship, geographical and business relationship scenarios are relatively strong, and the relationship operation logic of particularism will be strengthened when the enterprise financing network forms the financing trust network. Companies are more likely to lock in trust within a particular group of familiar people and to build small sectarian financing factions. When the category of "close match" is stronger, the logic of recognition of social prestige will be strengthened. Enterprises are more willing to hold higher social trust in non-specific objects and become involved in a more open large-scale financing trust network. In the process of social relations and social prestige influencing the financing trust network structure, The radius of enterprise trust plays an important role in the construction of collective social capital.
