【摘要】：有研究指出,帕特南等對(duì)社會(huì)組織和社會(huì)資本關(guān)系的分析并不充分,沒(méi)有考慮到社會(huì)組織類(lèi)型對(duì)居民積累社會(huì)資本的不同作用�；谶@一現(xiàn)狀,區(qū)分了公益性、互益性和混合性三類(lèi)社區(qū)社會(huì)組織,并針對(duì)這三類(lèi)社區(qū)社會(huì)組織在3個(gè)城市的6個(gè)社區(qū)進(jìn)行了入戶(hù)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的回歸結(jié)果顯示:由于不同社區(qū)社會(huì)組織的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)和價(jià)值觀念不同,社會(huì)資本的形成路徑也有所差別;公民參與公益性組織與公民意識(shí)的養(yǎng)成密不可分;公民參與互益性組織和社會(huì)聯(lián)結(jié)、互惠性規(guī)范的生成有顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系;公民參與混合性組織能夠促進(jìn)公民意識(shí)、強(qiáng)紐帶的社會(huì)聯(lián)系和互惠性規(guī)范的積累。據(jù)此認(rèn)為,政府應(yīng)該在加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管的同時(shí),鼓勵(lì)多種類(lèi)型社區(qū)社會(huì)組織的共同發(fā)展,這將有助于社會(huì)資本的形成,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社區(qū)的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Some studies have pointed out that Patnam's analysis of the relationship between social organizations and social capital is inadequate and does not take into account the different effects of social organization types on the accumulation of social capital by residents. There are three kinds of community social organizations of mutual benefit and mixed nature, A questionnaire survey was conducted in 6 communities of these three communities in three cities. The regression results of the survey data show that different community social organizations have different focus of attention and different values. The formation path of social capital is also different; citizen participation in public welfare organization is closely related to citizen consciousness; citizen participation in mutual benefit organization and social connection; Citizen participation in mixed organizations can promote civic awareness, strong social ties and the accumulation of reciprocal norms. Therefore, the government should strengthen supervision and encourage the common development of various types of community social organizations. This will contribute to the formation of social capital, and then promote the construction of communities.
