【摘要】：“女性發(fā)展”是20世紀(jì)末、21世紀(jì)初在中國(guó)女性研究領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)的新概念。伴隨國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于人的發(fā)展研究的興起與發(fā)展、西方女性思潮的傳入和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型中日益凸顯的女性問(wèn)題,人們開(kāi)始關(guān)注女性發(fā)展,女性發(fā)展研究成為婦女研究領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)新的視角。 女性發(fā)展水平是社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要指標(biāo),也是衡量社會(huì)進(jìn)步程度的尺度。尤其是在我國(guó)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)這一歷史使命和時(shí)代主題下,促進(jìn)女性發(fā)展、提高女性參與建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)的能力成為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)系統(tǒng)工程不可缺少的部分。 本文首先從社會(huì)性別的視角來(lái)審視女性發(fā)展,批判不合理的性別關(guān)系,追問(wèn)不平等的根源,尋求性別平等的途徑。在唯物史觀框架中探討人的發(fā)展問(wèn)題,建構(gòu)女性發(fā)展的當(dāng)代形態(tài)。其次,基于我國(guó)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)時(shí)代背景,探討女性發(fā)展的時(shí)代意義,從經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、政治參與狀況、以及女性文化教育權(quán)利的狀況審視女性發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,并從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化三個(gè)方面分析阻礙女性發(fā)展的因素,為下文尋求促進(jìn)女性發(fā)展的路徑做鋪墊。其三,文章分析新時(shí)期女性發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,以全面和辯證的態(tài)度看待分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息時(shí)代的到來(lái)、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及民主政治環(huán)境為女性發(fā)展創(chuàng)造的機(jī)會(huì),從經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、政策支持、文化環(huán)境三個(gè)方面探討如何更好地促進(jìn)女性發(fā)展。 最后,結(jié)束語(yǔ)重申女性在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)發(fā)展中的重要作用,呼吁社會(huì)各界正確理解女性發(fā)展的意義,共同創(chuàng)造男女兩性在承認(rèn)差異上的平等,培養(yǎng)一種基于“不同而和”與“和而不同”雙重理念基礎(chǔ)上,注重性別個(gè)性的權(quán)利尊嚴(yán)和自由發(fā)展的生存理念和生活方式,建構(gòu)性別和諧的社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:"female development" is a new concept emerging in the field of Chinese women's studies in the end of 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. With the rise and development of the research on human development in China, the introduction of western women's thoughts and the increasingly prominent female problems in the social transformation. People begin to pay attention to the development of women, and the study of women's development becomes a new perspective in the field of women's studies. The level of female development is an important indicator of social development and a measure of social progress, especially under the historical mission of building a harmonious society in China and the theme of the times, to promote the development of women. Improving the ability of women to participate in building a harmonious society is an indispensable part of the system engineering of building a harmonious society. This paper first examines the development of women from the perspective of social gender, criticizes unreasonable gender relations, inquires into the root causes of inequality, and seeks a way of gender equality. In the framework of historical materialism, this paper discusses the issue of human development. Secondly, based on the background of constructing the socialist harmonious society in our country, this paper discusses the significance of the times of women's development, from the point of view of economic situation and political participation, And the status of women's cultural and educational right to examine the current situation of women's development and existing problems, and from the political, economic and cultural aspects of the analysis of the factors hindering the development of women, for the following search for a path to promote the development of women. Third, This paper analyzes the opportunities for women's development in the new period, and looks at the arrival of the network information age, the development of the market economy and the opportunities created by the democratic political environment for women's development in a comprehensive and dialectical manner. Three aspects of cultural environment to explore how to better promote the development of women. Finally, the concluding remarks reaffirm the important role of women in the development of a harmonious society, and call upon all sectors of society to correctly understand the significance of women's development and jointly create equality between men and women in recognizing differences. On the basis of the dual concepts of "different and different" and "harmony but different", we should pay attention to the right, dignity and free development of gender, and construct a harmonious socialist society.
