【摘要】：目前，我國(guó)的人口老齡化加劇，空巢老人家庭比例不斷上升，空巢老人如何養(yǎng)老成為社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于空巢老人來(lái)說(shuō)，一方面缺乏來(lái)自家庭內(nèi)部的支持，另一方面絕大部分老人還是居住在家中，因此社區(qū)支持和服務(wù)對(duì)空巢老人尤其重要，依托社區(qū)養(yǎng)老成為空巢老人的必然選擇。 本文主要以深圳市某社區(qū)的空巢老人為研究對(duì)象，以文獻(xiàn)分析為主、深入訪談為輔，對(duì)目前我國(guó)城市空巢老人的需求滿足情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查，同時(shí)結(jié)合政策、統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究。 本文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分，闡述了我國(guó)老齡化的情況和空巢老人的脆弱現(xiàn)狀，重點(diǎn)列出了目前學(xué)者對(duì)空巢老人的研究動(dòng)態(tài)；通過(guò)分析當(dāng)前研究的不足，提出社會(huì)工作介入空巢老人社區(qū)服務(wù)的重要意義。第二部分，澄清空巢老人的基本概念，提出相關(guān)理論，闡明本文的研究方法，介紹選點(diǎn)情況和研究設(shè)計(jì)。第三部分，通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析和訪談，總結(jié)了戶籍空巢老人和非戶籍空巢老人的需求及需求的滿足現(xiàn)狀，指出政府和社區(qū)在滿足空巢老人需求方面的不足。第四部分，介紹社工介入老人服務(wù)的實(shí)際例子，指出社會(huì)工作在滿足空巢老人多樣性需求方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)。并介紹空巢老人的社工服務(wù)模式的構(gòu)建思路和具體運(yùn)作，即建立以空巢老人為核心，以社區(qū)為載體，以社會(huì)工作為支撐的社工養(yǎng)老模式。第五部分，結(jié)論與討論，指出研究中存在的不足。 研究主要表明，無(wú)論是戶籍空巢老人還是非戶籍空巢老人，他們的需求都是多樣性的，，不僅有健康、經(jīng)濟(jì)需求，也有強(qiáng)烈的社交需求、文化娛樂(lè)需求、精神慰藉需求、政策和信息咨詢需求、安全需求、社會(huì)參與需求等。但是，政府和社區(qū)提供的服務(wù)主要是經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的，健康、社交方面略有涉及，對(duì)于其他需求的滿足程度較低。而社會(huì)工作專業(yè)有其自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)，可以彌補(bǔ)政府和社區(qū)的不足，滿足空巢老人的多樣性需求。構(gòu)建以空巢老人為核心，以社區(qū)為載體，以社會(huì)工作為支撐的社工養(yǎng)老模式是解決空巢老人養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的有效選擇。
[Abstract]:At present, the aging population in our country is increasing, and the proportion of empty nest elderly families is increasing. How to provide for the elderly with empty nesters has become a widespread concern in society. For empty nesters, on the one hand, there is a lack of support from within the family. On the other hand, most of the elderly still live at home, so community support and service is especially important for the empty-nest elderly, relying on the community pension become the inevitable choice of empty-nest elderly. This article mainly takes the empty nest elderly in a community of Shenzhen as the research object, mainly with the literature analysis as the main body, the in-depth interview as the supplementary, carries on the investigation to the present our country city empty nest old person's demand satisfaction situation, at the same time unifies the policy, Statistical data and related literature were studied. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part describes the aging situation and the fragile situation of empty-nest elderly in China, focusing on the current research trends of empty-nest elderly, through the analysis of the shortcomings of the current research, The second part clarifies the basic concept of empty-nest elderly, puts forward the relevant theory, expounds the research method of this paper, introduces the situation of spot selection and research design. Through literature analysis and interviews, this paper summarizes the needs and needs of empty nesters and non-resident nesters, and points out the deficiencies of government and community in meeting the needs of empty nesters. Part 4th, This paper introduces the practical examples of social workers' intervention in elderly services, points out the advantages of social work in meeting the diverse needs of empty-nesters, and introduces the construction ideas and concrete operation of the social work service model for empty-nest elderly, that is, the establishment of empty-nest elderly as the core. Community as the carrier and social work as the supporting social worker pension model. Part 5th, conclusion and discussion, pointing out the deficiency in the research. The main findings of the study show that the needs of the empty nesters are diverse, not only healthy, economic, but also strong social needs, cultural and entertainment needs, and spiritual comfort needs. Policy and information consulting needs, security needs, social participation needs, etc. However, the services provided by the government and the community are mainly economic, healthy, social, etc. The social work specialty has its own advantages, which can make up for the deficiency of the government and the community, and satisfy the diversity needs of the empty-nest elderly. The construction takes the empty-nest elderly as the core and the community as the carrier. The social worker pension model supported by social work is an effective choice to solve the pension problem of empty-nest elderly.
