【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生水平的提高,老年人口的數(shù)量逐漸增加,人口老齡化現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)峻。加之城市化進(jìn)程的加快以及農(nóng)村觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,農(nóng)村大批青壯年勞動(dòng)力紛紛涌入城市,使得農(nóng)村空巢老人日益增多。近些年來,農(nóng)村社區(qū)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老、農(nóng)村醫(yī)療等基本社會(huì)保障逐步完善,農(nóng)村的老人們?cè)谖镔|(zhì)上得到了一定的保證,老人們的吃飽穿暖問題已經(jīng)基本得到解決。而與此同時(shí),農(nóng)村空巢老人的情感需求日益凸顯。本論文在收集有關(guān)“空巢老人”相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前我國對(duì)農(nóng)村空巢老人的情感支持的研究比較少,進(jìn)而選擇了農(nóng)村空巢老人的情感支持這一焦點(diǎn)進(jìn)行個(gè)案介入,并選擇了筆者家鄉(xiāng)情感缺失相對(duì)嚴(yán)重的某空巢老人作為本文的個(gè)案工作對(duì)象。本研究從服務(wù)對(duì)象的情感支持現(xiàn)狀入手,對(duì)服務(wù)對(duì)象的情感需求作出評(píng)估,在借鑒有關(guān)老年人社會(huì)支持理論的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作方法從子女、鄰里、朋友和村委會(huì)四個(gè)方面來改善服務(wù)對(duì)象情感支持缺失的狀況,并從社會(huì)工作的角度提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策和建議。本文共分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分主要是立足于本文所研究的問題,首先介紹本研究的背景、目的和意義,然后就國內(nèi)外關(guān)于農(nóng)村空巢老人、情感支持以及社會(huì)工作介入空巢老人情感支持的研究進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述,提出本文的創(chuàng)新與不足之處,接著就農(nóng)村空巢老人、情感支持進(jìn)行了概念界定。第二部分是對(duì)服務(wù)對(duì)象的基本情況和情感需求的分析,并運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作方法從子女、鄰里、朋友和村委會(huì)四個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)對(duì)服務(wù)對(duì)象的情感支持。第三部分針對(duì)本案例中技巧和專業(yè)理論的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和反思,試圖通過本文找到個(gè)案工作介入農(nóng)村空巢老人的切合點(diǎn),并提出完善農(nóng)村空巢老人情感支持的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the improvement of the level of medical and health care, the number of the elderly population is gradually increasing, and the aging of the population is becoming increasingly serious. In addition, with the acceleration of the urbanization process and the transformation of the rural concept, A large number of young and middle-aged rural labor forces have poured into cities, making the number of empty nest elderly in rural areas increasing. In recent years, basic social security such as social pension in rural communities, medical care in rural areas and other basic social security have been gradually improved. The rural elderly have been given a certain degree of material assurance, and the problem of food and clothing for the elderly has basically been solved. At the same time, The emotional needs of the rural empty-nest elderly are increasingly prominent. Based on the collection of relevant literature on "empty-nest elderly", this paper finds that there are few researches on the emotional support of the rural empty-nest elderly in China. Then chose the rural empty-nest old people's emotional support this focal point carries on the individual intervention, The author chooses an empty nest old man in my hometown as the case work object. This study begins with the emotional support status of the service object, and evaluates the emotional needs of the service object. Based on the theory of social support for the elderly, this paper uses case work method to improve the lack of emotional support from four aspects: children, neighbors, friends and village committees. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is based on the problems studied in this paper. Firstly, it introduces the background, purpose and significance of this study. Then the literature review on the rural empty-nest elderly, emotional support and social work intervention in the empty-nest elderly emotional support at home and abroad is carried out, and the innovation and deficiency of this paper are put forward, and then the rural empty-nest elderly are discussed. The second part is the analysis of the basic situation and emotional needs of the clients, and the use of case work methods from the children, neighbors, The third part summarizes and reflects on the application of skills and professional theories in this case, and tries to find out the relevant points of the case work involving the rural empty-nest elderly through this paper. And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the rural empty-nest elderly emotional support.
