【摘要】：考察大學生戀人之間表達感激、感受到被對方感激、回應(yīng)和關(guān)系滿意度之間的關(guān)系,并考察對表達感激和感激干預是否能提高戀人之間的回應(yīng)和關(guān)系滿意度。研究一采用問卷調(diào)查法,61名被試(30名男性,31名女性)完成親密關(guān)系感激問卷、回應(yīng)問卷、戀人關(guān)系滿意度問卷,考察感激與被感激對回應(yīng)和關(guān)系滿意度的影響。研究二采用時間取樣法,設(shè)置控制組和實驗組,探究感激和被感激的記錄能否提高回應(yīng)和關(guān)系滿意度。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)被感激和感激能顯著預測回應(yīng)和關(guān)系滿意度;(2)被感激是感激對回應(yīng)影響的中介變量;(3)感激和被感激的記錄能顯著提高回應(yīng)與關(guān)系滿意度。結(jié)果說明,感激和被他人感激的訓練可以有效促進親密關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:To investigate the relationship between college students' lovers expressing gratitude, feeling appreciated, responding and relationship satisfaction. And to investigate whether the intervention of expressing gratitude and gratitude can improve the response and relationship satisfaction between lovers. In the first study, 61 subjects (30 males and 31 females) completed the intimate relationship gratitude questionnaire and responded to the questionnaire. The effects of gratitude and gratitude on response and relationship satisfaction were investigated. In the second study, time sampling was used to set up control group and experimental group. The study found that gratitude and gratitude can significantly predict response and relationship satisfaction. A record of gratitude can significantly improve response and relationship satisfaction. Training to be grateful and appreciated by others can effectively promote intimate relationships.
