【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,農(nóng)民工的人數(shù)不斷增加,農(nóng)民工群體的生活模式已經(jīng)有了三個(gè)階段的轉(zhuǎn)變,從最初的家庭中個(gè)人外出務(wù)工到夫妻外出務(wù)工再到夫妻帶著孩子外出務(wù)工。跟隨這個(gè)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,城市又多出一個(gè)群體——農(nóng)民工子女,他們跟隨父母來到城鎮(zhèn)生活,陌生的生活環(huán)境讓他們無法適應(yīng),從而衍生出很多問題。首先,學(xué)校環(huán)境發(fā)生了變化,不管是教學(xué)環(huán)境還是人文環(huán)境都發(fā)生了很大的變化,學(xué)習(xí)上出現(xiàn)適應(yīng)困難。其次,家庭環(huán)境發(fā)生了變化,農(nóng)民工子女和父母相處的時(shí)間越來越少。最后,同伴群體發(fā)生了變化,在新的環(huán)境會(huì)出現(xiàn)交友困難、被排斥的問題。這些問題足以困擾這個(gè)群體的孩子,他們的性格和對(duì)生活的態(tài)度發(fā)生了很大的變化。本文針對(duì)進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工子女在城市生活中的問題為主題,以深圳市寶安區(qū)鳳凰社區(qū)農(nóng)民工子女(以下簡(jiǎn)稱鳳凰社區(qū)農(nóng)民工子女)為服務(wù)對(duì)象,開展了一個(gè)項(xiàng)目策劃。該項(xiàng)目策劃書詳細(xì)分析了鳳凰社區(qū)農(nóng)民工子女的問題和需求,并根據(jù)這一群體的問題及需求,策劃者運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)理念、工作方法和工作技巧為他們尋求最佳的解決途徑,旨在幫助他們消除因?yàn)榄h(huán)境改變所帶來的影響。通過開展一系列的社區(qū)、小組活動(dòng)和有針對(duì)性發(fā)展個(gè)案,為他們爭(zhēng)取資源,解決生活問題、學(xué)習(xí)問題以及由環(huán)境適應(yīng)所帶來的個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)問題。該策劃書還包括對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的監(jiān)管和評(píng)估,以期該項(xiàng)目最終能對(duì)農(nóng)民工子女問題的解決有所裨益,對(duì)農(nóng)民工社會(huì)工作、農(nóng)民工子女社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展有所助益。 本文首先對(duì)進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工子女這一群體的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,然后對(duì)深圳市寶安區(qū)鳳凰社區(qū)農(nóng)民工子女的基本問題進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并分析了他們存在的巨大需求,以及包括此項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施意義。 本文第二部分,介紹項(xiàng)目目標(biāo),包括整體目標(biāo)和具體目標(biāo)。 本文第三部分,介紹項(xiàng)目理論依據(jù)。 本文第四部分,介紹對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的分析,主要包括SWOT分析和相關(guān)利益群體分析。 本文第五部分,介紹項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)。 本文第六部分,介紹項(xiàng)目合作伙伴 本文第七部分,項(xiàng)目擬實(shí)施過程,包括項(xiàng)目籌備階段和項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行階段。 本文第八部分,項(xiàng)目監(jiān)管和項(xiàng)目評(píng)估。 本文第九部分,項(xiàng)目預(yù)算
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization and urbanization, the number of migrant workers is increasing, and the life pattern of migrant workers has been changed in three stages. From individual migrant workers in the original family to couples going out to working with their children. Following the shift in this pattern, there is another group of migrant children in the city who follow their parents to live in cities and towns. The strange living environment makes them unable to adapt, which gives rise to a lot of problems. First, the school environment has changed. Both the teaching environment and the humanistic environment have undergone great changes. The family environment has changed, and the children of migrant workers spend less and less time with their parents. Finally, the peer group has changed, and in the new environment there will be problems of making friends and being excluded. These problems are enough to trouble the children of this group. Great changes have taken place in their personality and attitude towards life. This paper focuses on the problems of the children of migrant workers living in cities. Taking the children of migrant workers of Phoenix community (hereinafter referred to as the children of migrant workers in Phoenix community) as service objects, a project plan was carried out in Baoan District of Shenzhen. The project planning book analyzed in detail the problems and needs of the children of migrant workers in Phoenix community. And according to the problems and needs of this group, planners use the professional concept of social work, working methods and skills for them to find the best way to solve the problem. The aim is to help them overcome the impact of environmental change... Through a range of communities, group activities and targeted development cases, to secure resources for them to solve their life problems, The planning book also includes the supervision and evaluation of the whole project, in the hope that the project will ultimately help solve the problems of migrant workers' children and social work of migrant workers. The further development of the social work practice of migrant workers' children is helpful. This paper first analyzes the current situation of the children of migrant workers in cities, then summarizes the basic problems of the children of migrant workers in Phoenix community in Baoan District of Shenzhen City, and analyzes their huge needs. And including the implementation of the project significance. The second part of this paper introduces the project objectives, including the overall objectives and specific objectives. The third part introduces the theoretical basis of the project. Part 4th introduces the analysis of this project, including SWOT analysis and relevant interest group analysis.
