社會(huì)工作介入農(nóng)民工隨遷子女教育問題的實(shí)務(wù)探索

【摘要】:農(nóng)民工隨遷子女因?yàn)楦篙叺牧鲃?dòng)而被動(dòng)承受著在流入地主要就讀民辦學(xué)校、在校學(xué)習(xí)困難、初中后輟學(xué)情況普遍、家庭情感支持缺失、朋輩支持與社會(huì)資本缺失等教育問題,這些因素共同影響了農(nóng)民工隨遷子女在校受教育熱情及主觀能動(dòng)性的調(diào)動(dòng),導(dǎo)致隨遷子女對(duì)自身的前景產(chǎn)生了較低水平的預(yù)期,主動(dòng)放棄了學(xué)業(yè)上的努力。 本文從農(nóng)民工隨遷子女教育問題現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),通過資料收集和分析,總結(jié)出農(nóng)民工隨遷子女教育問題的原因,并以優(yōu)勢(shì)視角、社會(huì)支持等理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用個(gè)案、團(tuán)體等社會(huì)工作方法進(jìn)行干預(yù),幫助農(nóng)民工隨遷子女恢復(fù)家庭、學(xué)校、同輩群體等支持,從而積極適應(yīng)父輩流動(dòng)的現(xiàn)實(shí),確立個(gè)人人生發(fā)展目標(biāo),提高自身受教育熱情和對(duì)人生的預(yù)期。 針對(duì)個(gè)案服務(wù)和小組活動(dòng)介入隨遷子女教育問題的過程中存在的困難,筆者對(duì)其面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境做了較為深入的分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的建議,以期對(duì)社會(huì)工作介入農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的教育問題有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Because of the mobility of their parents, the children of migrant workers passively bear the educational problems, such as mainly studying in private schools, learning difficulties in school, dropping out of school after junior high school, lack of family emotional support, peer support and lack of social capital, etc. These factors affect the enthusiasm of education and initiative of migrant workers' children in school, and lead to lower expectations of their own prospects, and give up their academic efforts voluntarily. Starting from the current situation of the education of migrant workers' children with emigration, this paper summarizes the causes of the problems in the education of migrant workers' children following migration through data collection and analysis, and based on the theory of superiority, social support and so on, applies the case study. Social work methods such as groups intervene to help migrant workers' children recover support from their families, schools and peers, so that they can actively adapt to the reality of the mobility of their parents and establish their personal development goals. Improve one's education and expectations of life. In view of the difficulties existing in the process of case service and group activities intervening in the education of children with relocation, the author makes a deep analysis of the practical difficulties faced by them, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. With a view to social work involved in migrant workers with the education of children with some help.
