【摘要】：藝術(shù)科學(xué)是哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的重要組成部分,是建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化的重要基石,也是"繁榮社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化,建設(shè)和諧文化"的重要體現(xiàn)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),藝術(shù)科學(xué)理論研究一直在中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著重要作用,其先導(dǎo)作用、服務(wù)職能日益凸顯,不可替代。特別是新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),黨中央對(duì)哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)及文化藝術(shù)事業(yè)高度重視,黨的三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體明確提出了"雙百"方針、"二為"方向以及哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)與自然科學(xué)四個(gè)"同等重要",為繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)以及藝術(shù)科學(xué)提供了重要的政治保證。這些對(duì)于構(gòu)建中國(guó)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系、建設(shè)當(dāng)代中華文化、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),進(jìn)一步塑造民族精神、提高國(guó)民素質(zhì),都具有重要意義。經(jīng)過(guò)六十多年的努力,新中國(guó)的藝術(shù)科學(xué)理論研究已逐步走向深入,研究體系日益完善,枝繁葉茂,結(jié)出碩果。為繁榮理論建設(shè),中共中央專門下發(fā)了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的意見》; 黨的十七大報(bào)告明確提出推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,明確了構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系、建設(shè)和諧文化、弘揚(yáng)中華文化、推進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)新等戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),強(qiáng)調(diào)繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué),為包括藝術(shù)學(xué)科在內(nèi)的哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的建設(shè)、發(fā)展與繁榮指明了前進(jìn)的方向。同時(shí),國(guó)家加大了對(duì)哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)及藝術(shù)科學(xué)的投入,各級(jí)黨委政府對(duì)哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)及藝術(shù)科學(xué)重要地位的認(rèn)識(shí)進(jìn)一步提高,這些都有力地推動(dòng)了藝術(shù)科學(xué)理論的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。當(dāng)前的文化體制改革也明確要求,全國(guó)各級(jí)文化科研機(jī)構(gòu)務(wù)必進(jìn)一步完善研究機(jī)構(gòu)、整合學(xué)術(shù)資源、抓住時(shí)代機(jī)遇、創(chuàng)新思路方法,努力進(jìn)取,完成任務(wù),爭(zhēng)取更大成果。藝術(shù)科學(xué)理論研究的發(fā)展建設(shè)得到了中共中央宣傳部、文化部黨組的高度重視和大力支持。作為全國(guó)文化系統(tǒng)的公共信息平臺(tái),本著一貫致力于社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮的宗旨和"百花齊放"、"百家爭(zhēng)鳴"、海納百川的文化精神和文化氣魄,《藝術(shù)百家》雜志社受中華人民共和國(guó)文化部文化科技司、全國(guó)藝術(shù)科學(xué)規(guī)劃領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室的委托,經(jīng)中共江蘇省委宣傳部、江蘇省文化廳黨組研究,決定自 2010 年起,陸續(xù)分期分批介紹國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金藝術(shù)學(xué)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家文化創(chuàng)新工程項(xiàng)目以及國(guó)家藝術(shù)教育理論研究和藝術(shù)學(xué)科建設(shè)的最新成果。欣逢中華盛世,共襄文化盛舉。
[Abstract]:Art and science is an important part of philosophy and social science, an important cornerstone of building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and an important embodiment of "prospering advanced socialist culture and building harmonious culture" for a long time. The theoretical study of art science has always played an important role in the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Its leading role and service function are becoming increasingly prominent and irreplaceable, especially since the founding of New China. The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to philosophy, social sciences and cultural and artistic undertakings. The Party's three generations of leading collectives have clearly put forward the policy of "double hundred", the direction of "two for" and the four "equal importance" of philosophy and social science as well as natural science, which provides an important policy for the prosperity and development of philosophy, social science and art science. Governance guarantees. These are important for the construction of China's socialist core value system. The construction of contemporary Chinese culture, the construction of a harmonious society, the further shaping of the national spirit and the improvement of the quality of the people are of great significance. After more than 60 years of efforts, the theoretical study of art and science in New China has gradually moved to a deeper level. The research system is becoming more and more perfect, the branches and leaves are lush, and the fruits are fruitful. In order to build a prosperous theory, The CPC Central Committee issued "opinions on the further Prosperity and Development of philosophy and Social Sciences"; the report of the 17th CPC National Congress explicitly proposed to promote the great development of socialist culture and prosperity, and to clearly establish a socialist core value system. Building a harmonious culture, carrying forward Chinese culture, promoting cultural innovation and other strategic tasks, emphasizing the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences, points out the way forward for the construction, development and prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, including the subject of art. The state has increased its investment in philosophy and social sciences and artistic sciences, and party committees and governments at all levels have further enhanced their understanding of the importance of philosophy, social science and art science. All these have pushed forward the construction and development of artistic and scientific theories. The current cultural system reform also clearly requires that cultural scientific research institutions at all levels throughout the country must further improve their research institutions, integrate academic resources, and seize the opportunity of the times. Innovating ideas and methods, striving to forge ahead, accomplishing tasks, and striving for greater achievements. The development and construction of theoretical research in art and science have been developed by the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. The party group of the Ministry of Culture attaches great importance to and strongly supports.
